I never write reviews but this is a must, I have never in my life experienced such horrible service and on top of it put in what could have turned into a dangerous situation, especially the way the world is today. I am visiting from Out of State & was on my way to bring my 78 year old grandmother to her dialysis appointment at 6am and we stopped for a quick breakfast & coffee. We ordered the most simplest items and took about 10 or so minutes just to order, we pull up to the window, the Manager Debbie reads the order to make sure the new employee placed it right. it was correct. I get to the 2nd window and wait. the food finally comes out and of course one of the sandwiches is wrong I order 1 black coffee & 1 vanilla & they kept giving me a 2nd black coffee. By this point the driver behind me is beeping his horn & yelling, a minute or so later he gets out of his car and is now next to my door at the 2nd window yelling inside wanting his food because he needs to go to "work" (we all have somewhere to go) the manager asked once for him to return to the car and he refused & became irate & even disrespectful to me initiating an argument. now still unable to get my correct coffee, I asked him to move away several times and instead curses at me with my grandmother in the vehicle. I dont care & will defend myself. the whole situation was handled poorly and started recording mid way because I now started to feel unsafe. I have my grandmother getting upset and the staff still allowed this man to stay at the window. ooh finally get my coffee & start to leave and this guy pulls next to us & flips us off. I get her to dialysis 5 minutes later & go to sup my coffee & its black, SERIOUSLY!!! Vanilla with sugar & cream is all I asked. I am now extremely upset, not so much about the order but the way the "Manager Debbie" poorly handle the whole situation. I go back and go inside and I am requesting the managers & corporates info & the manager approaches & now I'm already upset I pretty much went off and told her she was wrong to ALLOW any of that to occur and how unsafe we had felt, I told her that situation could have become a lot worse and what if he had a gun AMD the manager had the nerve to "Roll Her Eyes" Like are you serious!!!" Do You Not See The World We Live In, now I'm requesting for the info & there is a young employee that she claimed earlier to be new at the front stating I'm not allowed to have the info.. Excuse Me, I Legally Have the Right for her name.. she writes the corporate number and hands it to me. I'm like ok what is your name she now writes it down but only her 1st and all the while her employee is interrupting us and now he is also making the situation worse then what we already were and she not once told him to leave as this was not his place to disrespect a customer. I questioned her on this and why she was allowing this and just continuously shrugged...
Read moreI can honestly say that I never leave reviews but I have never experienced what I experienced in in this restaurant in my life. My family and I were on our way to catch a Amtrak train home and we stopped to grab food for our kids and use the restroom before getting to the station. When I entered the restroom one of the employees came out of a bathroom stall on her cell phone. Doesn’t bother washing her hands but finishes her conversation and leaves to return to work. That should have been my sign. I then went and ordered a meal for my husband and myself, a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal, and a plain hamburger meal for my son. I waited for over 15 minutes before approaching the counter as everyone before me has already received their food, and the two girls behind the counter were more concerned with their conversation than me standing there waiting. I asked what is going on here I have a train to catch and I have been waiting for 15 minutes. The girl behind the counter laughed in my face and continued to just add napkins to a napkin holder. The girl next to her continued to hand out cups for kids who had come in and never paid for the drinks. Another female employee comes over mumbling some not so pleasant names towards me and slams a bag on the counter and 1 happy meal. I am still missing a plain hamburger happy meal for my son. At this point I have completely lost my patience. I said I’m still missing a happy meal and the girl behind the counter again begins to laugh at me. I asked her if she thought this was funny and she said it’s fast food and walked away( not to get my food). Two other employees just stood their and stared not doing anything or helping get my food. I said this is ridiculous either get my food or give me my money back. Then patrons behind me start screaming at me and telling me I have no right to talk to them like that. Then the man yelling at me proceeds to get in my face. I had a train to catch and two small children in the car so I just decided to leave and give my son my food. I have never in my life been treated in such a manor. I am in no way a racist person and I believe all lives matter. I have to question though if I wasn’t a white girl by myself in the restaurant if this would have went the same way. I was appalled and disgusted with humanity after this experience. I recommend NO ONE ever go to this establishment again. If you do make sure you take a bodyguard and allow yourself a good 1/2hr to...
Read moreVisited this location for lunch today and ordered two 10 piece nuggets, a large fry and two drinks - I went inside to order since the drive thru line was a mile long (after circling the building and waiting for drive thru line to clear to park in the only available spaces that were not app orders or "drive thru" parking, whatever that is) and ordered at the counter.
I specified two orders of nuggets + sauces, fries and a Diet Coke and 1/2 and 1/2 tea for the drinks, paid with card and went on my way. I asked the woman working for my cups to get drinks, she said When my number was called, I did not get drinks, the manager happened to be packing orders and when I asked where they were, they weren't on his screen (they weren't on the receipt either) but that's because THE EMPLOYEE did not ring them up when I ordered.
The employee 100 percent heard me order drinks and ask for them since she answered my question - but did not realize that she didn't ring them up, or chose not to ring them up, wouldn't surprise me. The manager who gave me my food said if I wanted them, I'd have to get on the [long] line and reorder and pay, I said what kind of customer service is that, I already ordered them and would have paid for them, why I am responsible for the ineptness of your employee??? A regular (medium, I guess) soda is likely the cheapest and easiest thing on your menu???
Don't open your restaurant if you won't fully serve your customers and blame them for things that YOUR EMPLOYEES didn't do and that I couldn't do myself at the kiosks. Don't open your restaurant, at least the lobby, if you are gonna use the lobby for an employee lounge (seating closed but there were people in uniforms playing on iPads/tablets sitting there) and not have the drink machines or condiment stations open.
Very poor service from this establishment, especially by a manager. Will not return. I don't normally bother writing reviews for fast food, but this is a personnel, not a food issue.
(P.S. Maybe if you didn't have those awful looking, no protection provided plexiglass barriers that you can't hear people (with masks on) through with loud music playing in the lobby at the register. Not only do they provide almost no "protection," your poor employees still have to come around the counter to give change since they can't...
