I had an upsetting and terrible experience at this place for lunch yesterday. The minute we got there we were greeted by an incredibly rude and unfriendly waitress who mouthed "oh my god" as soon as our party came in. We waited 15 minutes for drinks, didn't get our utensils until about 30 minutes after getting there and she put them in the middle of the table as opposed to giving them to each of us. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and when one of us asked when it was coming, the waitress was unresponsive and unhelpful. The OWNER finally came with our food and was extremely condescending about us making "special modifications" to our food-- one being taking the cheese off because of someone being lactose intolerant. She was extremely rude to us because we complained about the almost two hour long wait. When one of us confronted her, she threatened to call the cops. Worst service ever and will never be back again. The only thing that was remotely good was the guacamole but that did not make up for the staff's awful personalities. Would give zero stars but unfortunately it isn't an option. Do NOT come to this place, you will regret it. I’ve never met more disrespectful people in the restaurant...

So my wife and I are visiting from Colorado. I called earlier in the day to see if I needed reservations. The gentleman on the phone suggested I should as they may be busy tonight. I made 7:30 reservations for the patio. Upon arrival I was told they didn’t have any open tables on the patio (dispite having several clearly open) After saying we would wait we were seated promptly. After over 15 minutes our waitress finally came to our table for our drink order. We placed our order for them and an appetizer. Half way through our appetizer we overheard another server telling someone on the phone that they aren’t taking credit cards due to a system malfunction. This being news to us I quickly asked our waitress about this seeing as we only had cards with us. The manager was polite enough to offer to comp us for what we had ordered so far and also suggested an ATM across the street. With my wife being pregnant and hungry I quickly went to the ATM to get cash. After waiting almost an hour and a half we decided to leave. On our way out the manager offered to comp the entire meal. By that time we had enough waiting and just left and had great fast service at IHOP. Not exactly what we were expecting during our...

The most AMAZING mexican food i've ever had, and I've spend a lot in time traveling around mexico! This restaurant as amazing traditional flavor with a very mordern twist in the presentation. It's about quality but you also get quantity, and the prices are more then resonable for what you get! We when with ab big group and tried almost one of eveything on the menu, from appertizer to desert, and it would be hard to pick a favotite dish since they were all sooo amazing! But if a had to pick my top 3 favorite was the elote (grilled corn with amazing spices), the shrimp ceviche (they called it something else i've forgot), and of course the chile releno (stuffed pepper with cheese). Both sauce red and green were aazing on the chili. Also if you are a shrimp fan i would defenetly recomend the shrimp enchiladas, seriously out of a 5 star restaurant. I still crave the flavor from the fried banana desert. For drinks i got some mexicain beer on tap,, it was cold ans crips tasting, the tap are obviously well clean! Thanks for this amazing experience, can't wait to go to Taos again so i can come and eat your...

We enjoy coming here for either lunch or dinner when we are in Taos. The food has the flavors and style of traditional New Mexican food throughout. I got the daily special the last time I was there. It was a braised lamb taco that had the most amazing flavors and was served with the most amazing sauce. 'they make guacamole at your table side which we also like getting because it taste so fresh and delicious. We were able to sit outside on the patio during our last visit, which was also a great relaxing experience, especially with a margarita in hand.

We came in with a large group during a very busy night due to a local concert. This overwhelmed their expectations so they were short on appetizers, they ran out of tortilla chips! Some of my group were disappointed by this, but I see the bright side, we had to wait but we got fresh chips! The food was awesome! Everything is home made. The staff and owner were very nice. I'm adding Bella's to my must have list when I vacation here from now on.

We arrived late afternoon, so the place was slow. We chose our seat outside on the lovely patio. Our service was attentive and quick. We had the mushroom queso fundido and I had the pork sopapillas It was all amazing. The sangria was good, too. If you like a sweeter sangria, you may not like this one as it was not as sweet as most, which I appreciate. We will definitely head here the next time we are in Taos.
