Category: Dessert. We first encountered churros in Spain, where they originated, so we judge all churros against the originals. We are happy to report that in this town of deep Spanish history, these churros made the cut. The menu offers many different and creative choices. I don’t usually include menus with my reviews but I made an exception in the photos because the variety is too hard to describe. But being churro purists, we ordered the “Tradicional”, 3 churros rolled in sugar and cinnamon, with chocolate sauce. Excellent. A real plus is that CB is open to 10p on Friday and Saturday, so we can swing by for dessert after leaving our chosen dinner restaurant. There are indoor tables in a too-sterile space and a bunch of cozy outdoor tables along the side of the building. It’s slightly off the beaten track but we’re happy we made the effort to find it. Wowww!!! We honestly thought we were coming for a little churro bite, and then we got here, saw the flight options, there were three of us, and just decided to get one flight for each of us and split it three ways, haha. Honestly it’s such a way to go!! We tired everything, and the waiter even gave us a free plain churro with chocolate and that alone was such a move!! It was all amazing. Who would have ever thought that churros paired with such a variety of fruits and chocolates, etc, would be so good?! The atmosphere is so cool and aesthetic, too!! We really enjoyed our time and never felt rushed. It’s right in downtown Sante Fe, and there is indoor and outdoor seating! We were stuffed when we left, but so so happy. Needless to say, we slept good...

This is a must if you’re in the area. During our brief night in Santa Fe, we decided to explore the Plaza in search of dessert. We stumbled upon a charming spot that exceeded our expectations. As someone who has enjoyed churros in Mexico, I can confidently say these were among the best I've ever had.

They offer a variety of flights featuring three small gourmet churros, and we chose the New Mexico option along with a churro milkshake. Both were exceptional—fresh, made with high-quality ingredients, and perfectly balanced in sweetness.

The customer service was equally impressive, with staff ensuring our experience was delightful. If you're in the area, this place is an...
