A quaint little restaurant in the plaza area of Santa Fe. Compact seating with hard bench like booths. Small tables with chairs to make more room. Walls are beautifully decorated. Unisex bathroom, usually a line forms so be prepared. The food is decently good, our party of three ordered a variety of dishes. So, the food portions varied, such as the order of nachos which was just a handful of chips on a little plate, very small portion for a lunch dish. Now the blue corn tortilla enchiladas (3) plate was evenly portioned and not overly crowded, looked very appetizing. I ordered the Santa Fe plate with x-mas style chile (red and green). The plate came with a tamale, enchilada, taco, beans, Spanish rice and posole. All squished on to a similar sized plate as the nachos were served on. The posole, instead should have been put into a separate bowl so the food wouldn't get all saturated with juice and become soggy. The taco was left off because one, no room and secondly, it was forgotten all together. Each plate comes with a sopapilla except for the nachos. Gluten free options are available but with the possibilities of obvious cross contamination should be expected but they will try and prepare it safely. I will return to try...
Read moreIn the heart of Santa Fe, where the earth breathes warm and red, There lies a humble hearth — Tia Sophia’s, where souls are fed. Not merely with the breaking of bread, but with the breaking of spirit, Where time slows its hurried dance, and the sacred flavors inherit.
Oh, Tia Sophia’s, your kitchen is a chapel, Where the whispers of the ancient winds mingle with the aroma of chile and corn. You do not serve mere dishes — you offer communion, A ritual of warmth, of love stirred slow and deep, A gift wrapped in tortilla, kissed by fire’s embrace.
How grateful are we, wanderers and seekers alike, To find refuge in your embrace, a sanctuary of taste and grace. For in your simple feast, the complexity of life unfolds, The sweetness of honey, the fire of spice, the comfort of home.
You remind us that food is the symbol of love, A sacred bond between the earth and our hungry hearts. So may your ovens burn ever bright, your tables ever full, And may we return, again and again, to taste the grace you pour.
In this land of mesas and skies painted with adobe light, You are a blessing — a story of gratitude written...

His came out and it was a cream cheese Danish not a sweet roll they need to distinguish the difference between the two .my Fiance doesn't like cream cheese. Second I ordered toast only choice was white or wheat. It was dry and was like Walmart bread the butter they brought me was cold .How in the heck can you spread cold butter on your toast seriously my toast fall apart. This isn't a good place to eat .Highway robber we paid 13.00 dollars for toast an a cream cheese Danish. I could've went to McDonald's and eat better there for less. Don't get me started on the waitress, she was rude if they don't want to be around people and have people skills and good communication then they should work with people. When you provide customers services to people the company should make sure the waitress have good people skills. Was very disappointed. Will tell all my family and friends not to ever go...
