Nothing special about the food. And the service was ok. Bad hygiene.

I had a good start even though it was packed I went alone so I sat at the counter right away. I ordered my meal and got it relatively quickly for how packed the place was.

I got some blueberry pancakes with granola and the basic egg, bacon and potato dish. The eggs tasted like plane old eggs with no other amazing flavor. The potatoes were also plane, like they just boiled them in water with nothing else to add flavor. The bacon was cooked good and tasted good, but that's because it's bacon. The pancakes were probability the saddest of all. I cut a piece off and stuck my fork into them. When I picked it up they split right in half. They were overcooked so the outside was very hard and the inside brittle and dry. And they were loaded with 3 giant spoonfuls of butter on top. I tried to load them with syrup to counter the dryness but that didn't help

At some point I went to the restroom and when I came back my drinks where gone. So I had to ask for them to get me new drinks.

Lastly, I liked that they are dog friendly and have dog food and a dog bowl for water. But I saw a waitress bring the bowl and fill it in the sink with water right in front of me instead of pouring some water from a pitcher. I say this because that's a place to wash your hands and be clean. Then she walked over to get ice which is nice but touched the ice scoop with her dirty hands and threw it back in there where they get ice for your drinks. I saw her take it outside and watched her to see if she would wash her hands and she didn't. She went straight to grabbing a cup for a customer to fill it with soda with her dirty hand. At that point I just...

Super disappointed. Just left here. Was really excited to come in based on reviews and online menu. Had my heart set on "blueberry crunch cakes" which are blueberry pancakes with granola that our waitress made a point to say is homemade and so delicious! My partner and I ordered the same thing, his with grits and mine with potatoes. Well, as I said at the beginning, we're both very disappointed. The pancakes were...not much. My two pancakes had a total of nine blueberries between them and maybe two tablespoons of granola on top. Not exactly what we were expecting with the advertised name and the description that says "fortified with country granola" (makes it sound like it will be cooked into the pancakes, not just barely drizzled on top). For the sides, my potatoes were overcooked and tasted like they came straight from the freezer and into a skillet and then to the plate, no seasoning or salt or anything. My partner said his grits ($1 upcharge that wasn't mentioned for a bit of cheese on top) tasted like instant and were "sliceable" in texture. Two stars because our eggs were cooked well. Our server asked how we liked the food, I said "it's ok" and she just walked off. Oh, and please update your online menu, our meals were $5 more each than the listed prices. I get it, costs have gone up and a small difference can be expected, but this meal was 50% more than we were expecting. $40 for two meals, no drinks, and a lot of disappointment. Would have done better eating the complimentary breakfast at our hotel...

We’d been having a hard time finding decent service in Savannah over the 4th of July weekend. So this was literally our last straw. Kudos to this team. You guys nailed it!!!!!! Service started as soon as we walked in! We were seated quickly and our server Marcus(?) greeted us promptly and with a warm, southern hsmile that he maintained throughout our experience. It was our first time there and He payed great attention to our questions and the details of our meal request. The menu is great. Theres variety and flare. I ordered the “Arizona skillet”. It was “ok”. Not hot, like you’d expect something in a skillet to be. So for that, I’d have to take off a point. I believe it was just scrambled together, topped with cheese for garnish and put in a broiler, which burned and hardened it. However, it was quickly fixed with salsa and sour cream, which Marcus brought quickly. The eggs were supposed to be sunny side up, but I requested mine scrambled hard and fluffy. They were perfect!!!! My friend had some sort of breakfast sampler. He doesn’t eat pork, so we liked that they could prepare turkey bacon (big points). We never felt rushed and really took in the mom and pop charm of the restaurant with curiosity. It’s easy on the eyes and the employees really take pride in what they do, so it’s clean and the vibe is chill. I highly recommend eating here....

I rarely give a poor review, if not 4 or 5 star I just don't review it, J Christopher is an exception to my rule.... It was an extremely windy day and they sat us on the corner where the wind was so bad the cream holder blew over. We hadn't ordered yet and requested to move to one of the 3 open tables, even stating that we'd be willing to wait additional time for them to clear another table if others were already waiting. We were told the manager said we couldn't move. Hair in our faces, menus difficult to hold we went ahead and ordered. 10 minutes later, we decided it would be impossible to actually eat our food and requested that they just make it to go and requested to speak with the manager. Manager came out and said they would move us because our food was plated. Mind you, this could have been done earlier as the table was still empty from our first request. Anyhow our waitress was extremely nice and I don't blame her at all. Food was just average at best, nothing special to write about and as stated earlier just wouldn't have gotten a review. I hope you have better luck than we did if you decide to give them a chance.

Almost perfect. Here we go: food taste great, arrived to our Hotel still hot what is great just a couple of details. The avocato in the omelette was black. And I'm a avocato expert was like that when they added to the omelette. The fruit was placed in the same container where scrambled eggs and hot ham was. So fruit arrived hot and spoiled. No butter for grits or biscuits. The essential do not have to be requested. Food arrived exactly on time as Uber Eats app promised. Is some pricey for this kind of breakfast but we do understand the actual situation. Consider besides the price of dish they added tip 15% about 8.00 and delivery fee 6.00. I will not complain at all if isn't for the butter for my grits😅 I will give them another chance because flavor, and fast service, be sure when you order your delivery ask for all the complements. Do not assume like I did. BTW grits was really good even without butter.
