I visited this location back in Feb. 2024, I ordered the food for delivery, they only sent half of my food, then I proceeded call the store to let them know what happened and the girl who picked up the phone, hanged up the call after I told her my food was incomplete, then I decided to go to the store and requested a refund. the manager in charge (David) wasn't available and offered me to go back next day to issue the refund. when I called him in the morning, he offered to fix my order again, I said to him that I wanted to eat that the night before, not for breakfast or lunch, I also told him that I was a visitor I the area and I only visit Savannah every 5-6 weeks for work and only for a night or two. he said he could only issue the refund if I show up with the card that I made the purchase with, (he thought I've already left the town) when I offered to stop by within 10-15 minutes, he quickly change the tuned and instructed me to contact the corporate because they are the only ones that can issue refunds (interesting, he said he could if I show up with the card). well, I contacted the corporate, via the app and submitting a request for my $30.00 return the the food I never ate or received. as of today, I've never received a phone call, email or text about my request. Today, I placed an order onlibe first, the transaction went through and took my money however, the restaurant didnāt receive the order and the! I called and placed an order over the phone. Upon, ending the conversation I asked the cashier over the phone how long would it take he stated āhuh Iām just a cashier I donāt knowā then when I got to the restaurant I waited another 20mins and I asked again how much longer would it be, while he was trying to go on break, he lied stating he didnāt talk to me. When he knew exactly who I was when I walked through the door! Then the manager sitting there eating, then jumped in on our conversation yelling at me because I asked the young boy how long would it be because I placed the order over the phone, in which I talked to her too over the phone. Instead of her being a good manager, she escalated the situation to hostile behavior, me and her arguing and yelling at each other in front of other guests (embarrassing) but I be dam if I let anyone yell at me! The bathroom does have a sign that it is checked frequently, but itās not.. toilet paper on the dirty floor, no soap to wash hands, so how are the workers washing their hands properly? I saw the black containers ..which all food is put in to-go or not being dropped on the floor and just picked back up and used. The drink station needs to be cleaned, and just one napkin roll for the whole dining area, and itās those cheap brown roll napkins where it doesnāt soak up or clean anything. There also isnāt a trash can for dine in eating. Some workers need to be told how to greet and thank people for spending their money here.
