Taco bells food is always subpar but you know what your getting and that's not why I'm here. The woman running the window is a disgrace. We pulled up and waited behind a guy who we thought was ordering the whole menu actually was waiting patiently to just give his order. I then see a woman get out of a car in the parking lot and walk inside and he is finally able to order. My turn comes up and I order a few things and she's snippy but that's fine it's like 11 so I get it. Then I'm trapped in their drive thru with the guy in from of me and another car behind me. 10 minutes go by and I finally pull up. Again she seems agitated and won't look at anything but her screen, takes my card and tries to hand me 2 drinks that I didn't order. I politely said we didn't order any drinks must be the guy behind us. She huffs and shuts the window. Few minutes go by and she says "pull around I'll bring it out" I say okay and pull around. I can see into the back and see a dude sweeping and her running the register. Hands out that guy's food and so I need to move up to let him out. I then park and wait another 5 mins in my car and see another car leave and then go back to the drive thru. I'm start to think maybe they thought I gave up so I wanted to let them know I was still there. I stand by the door and try to open it but it's locked. Wait a bit and she won't look over. I knock and wait. Nothing. I then try the other side of the door and the noise made her finally look. I smiled and waved and she did a smug face and an annoyed wave. I continued to wait now I've been here for 30 minutes. She unlocks the door and I try to help by opening it for her as her hands are full and she pulls the food back to keep it from me to then say angrily " don't do that" I said do what? Take the food? She said even more sternly "don't touch MY door" I reach for my food and she again pulls back. I take it from her and said I'm taking the food I paid for.fix your attitude and have a nice night. She then starts blowing up at me freaking out and cursing so I return the sentiment and get to my car. She continues to make a fool out of her self and call me every name she can think of and I again returned. This is a terrible representation of your company. I get it things are hard, fast food sucks but that ain't my fault. She wouldn't have been behind if she had stayed inside and not been in whoever's car. Don't take your frustrations out on me all I did was try to get some dang tacos. So we are clear I didn't catch her name but she's the angry one with the bad attitude and ple pink braids. Dude in the kitchen was doin his thing keep up as best he could. She's the problem here and it needs to be...
Read moreThe customer service was horrible the young girls working the drive thru on 3/26/19 around 10pm was very rude and disrespectful. Me and my husband spent $35 and change at your establishment the girl stuck the food out the window and Said “here go your food, ok bye! and slammed the window shut. My husband told the young girl that she was rude and that we wanted to check our order to make sure it was correct . 12 supreme tacos half soft and half hard cheese Doritos 6 of the tacos were chicken supreme and 2 chicken supreme burritos. The order was kinda large and we wanted our food a certain way. The heavy set young lady standing behind her saying what they say? just close the window! But she was clearly in the wrong. These young ladies didn’t have no since of pride or respect for themselves or me and my husband as customers who spending our hard earned money . They are not properly trained and they don’t represent your brand or establishment Well at all . They were very unprofessional and rude and I’m sure there are plenty of young people who want to work and will take pride in doing there job the right way cause clearly these young ladies don’t take there job serious. Word of advice if you having a bad day or not in good spirits take a break or go home, matter of fact call in . Don’t come to work with a attitude being rude to people who spending they hard earned money. I have the right to check the food that I paid for to make sure it is correct. Bad energy run the money off. And have some pride and respect for yourselves. All that ghetto unprofessional behavior is not appealing, nor is it cute at all and you never know who is watching you. I would leave the young ladies names but they didn’t have on name tags and I didn’t get a receipt. But check the schedule I’m sure you know who was working the drive thru. I am very big on customer service when I’m spending my money that I work hard for every day. If I was in this review cursing name calling and being ignorant you probably wouldn’t take me seriously but it is this type of attitude, rude and disrespectful customer service that I experienced at your restaurant that put cashiers in dangerous situations. It’s rude young ladies such as these 2 that will have people trying to fight them or throw drinks or even worse because of how they conduct themselves at your drive...

I ordered online using the TB app without issue, 3 items, quick and easy with a few add ons. Upon arriving to pick up my order I notice a rather excited man walking around the outside of the taco bell, appearing as though he was checking to see if the store was open. I think nothing of it as I pull into the drive through, where there was another vehicle, a silver Nissan Rogue, waiting in front of me. Several times the other driver tried to gain the attention of the cashier, to no avail. After perhaps ten solid minutes, the cashier finally appears to take this guy's order. While waiting, I can hear both of the individuals and their encounter. The driver gives very well annunciated instructions for his order, as I was able to recall his entire order at the time. However, the cashier insisted that he "could not hear a word he said." After some reasonable frustration the other driver pulls off angrily. I then approach the intercom. Somehow I withheld the patience to sit for another 5-7 minutes without any word from the cashier. Finally, he greets me, and informs me that the stores "systems are down." I tell the man on the intercom that I ordered online and I'm just here to pick it up. He then insists that the order did not go through, and that it must have been to another store. After I argue on the fact that my order confirmation says the proper address, and that the payment was taken i finally persuade this man to make the food that I paid for. Needless to say, I waited much longer after reaching the window to receive my food. Finally after this long journey I get home to find my food thrown together sloppily, and ingredients missing. This is maybe the 5th time I've heard the faulty systems excuse from this exact store. I don't know what management is doing to fix this, but, as a taco bell lover, I hope this staffing issue is resolved before this store is forced to close. :(
