Checkers — Restaurant in Savannah

Everytime I come here on my lunch break or before work they are super slow. Don’t spend your money here unless you got 20 minutes to 35 to wait for it. Now I have game them another chance and tonight they blew it. The whole screen has orders and who ever the trainer was dec 2, 2017 at 5:00pm was trash and treated his employee rude when he was giving directions. Tonight after a 20 minute wait I went back up to ask about my food. Oh they forgot it. I mean I guess I’ll forget to with a screen full of orders. Do better, shut down or fire everyone and restart with a new crew of transfers. I’m sick and tired of this. I’ll just cross the street and eat elsewhere. The people working at the establishment near Oglethorpe are just horrible. I go here every now and then it hopes to see a change and I don’t ever see one. They don’t even say sorry for your wait or give you a little extra fries for the wait. They expect you to spend money and be happy with when ever you get your food. Even if it takes them all day or they forget. It’s been a whole year and nothing has changed with them. I am very displeased. I didn’t even get a receipt tonight and I asked for one. Maybe even you deleted the correct order and made my food in the order it came on the screen maybe I wouldn’t be complaining. Considering I sat there and watch y’all every mood through the window I’m very displeased. I’ve worked at a fast food restaurant so I know how it’s supposed to be on both ends. Don't even waste your time going here. There are kids working in that kitchen playing around with your food, so therefore you will be wasting your hard earned money. One thing i don't like to do is waste my time nor money that i work so hard for and not get my food up par. The wait time in the drive thru was ridiculous. I received no straw after receiving my strawberry milkshake and didn't notice until i pulled off. I also got a chicken and fries box only to receive OLD chicken bites that clearly have been sitting. My chili cheese burger was very slopping an all over the place. On a fish sandwich the bread was soggy and falling apart as if it was made earlier that day. Sauce all over the bottom of the bun. Please get this fixed asap. No customer should have to deal with the disrespect of neglected...

DO NOT COME HERE THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS RUDE I stopped at this location to get some food for my family and we order on drive through. I'm a vary calm individual we had to repeat our order multiple times once we came in the to the window I was greeted with the most rudes staff member(older individual)I have ever seen he mad us wait 15 minutes just because he kept checking our bills idk what he was doing and I asked him calmly what's going on he didn't say anything just looked at me he also refuse give me sauces like ketchup he just shut the door in my face DO NOT COME HERE THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS RUDE pls save your time if I would've non this was going to happen I would've taken my business somewhere else pls don't come to this location these people don't care...
