Zunzi's — Restaurant in Savannah

We ordered from Zunzi’s for lunch on my wedding day, and it was amazing! Our hair and makeup artists and photographer couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was, so my bridesmaids and I placed an order through Uber Eats.

Initially, our delivery was said to have been outside the delivery zone (though we were literally across the street), so we canceled it immediately and placed a pickup order instead, and it was absolutely worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed in the middle of such a busy day. Everyone loved their meals!

When I returned from my honeymoon, I realized that Uber had charged me for both the canceled order and the pickup order. Unfortunately, Uber’s customer service was completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. Out of options, I stopped into Zunzi’s to see if they could help, and I was blown away by their kindness and dedication. Brad went above and beyond! He spent time with me in person, made multiple phone calls with Uber Eats, and truly did everything he could to help get the refund sorted out.

In the end, he was able to come to a solution with me, and I will forever be a loyal customer to Zunzi’s! Even though the issue was with Uber, Zunzi’s still treated me like a valued guest and went out of their way to make things right. Excellent food and excellent people, can’t recommend...

We came when it was slow and asked to eat inside. After the host went to seat us inside he told us we couldn’t sit there and sat us outside. Then when the server came he asked what we wanted to drink and I ordered a Kona big wave. He then brought me a Tybee Island beer. I told him that was wrong and he told me that’s what I ordered after everyone in my party told him I ordered the Kona. He replaced it. An opening in the restaurant became available. It was about to rain so we asked to move inside. We were told no. Then we asked for the manager and then we were allowed to move inside. I also had just ordered 10 wings only. When I was brought my order there were chips on the plate. I did not ask for them. We asked for checks. The server just told me my total and I just paid it. While staying at the Perry Lane Hotel next door, we couldn’t help but notice the steady crowd flowing in and out of this spot—so we finally gave it a try on a Saturday afternoon, and let me just say… wow! Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Savannah.

Our server, Pais, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food? Absolutely delicious. We started with the chips and four unique sauces, then enjoyed the chicken salad and wings with the Mustafa Curry Sauce (do not skip those wings!). Every bite was packed with flavor.

To top it all off, we were treated to live entertainment by Jake Menendez, whose vocals were simply incredible. He even opened with a special request from my husband, which made the afternoon even more memorable.
