Not bad at all! Very basic teriyaki, fairly moist chicken. Wish the broccoli was cooked just a little longer- but thats more of a personal preference. Good proportions! Cashier I had was very kind since Id never been there I wasn't sure how to order he was patient. I went around 3:30, no wait, clean and quiet atmosphere. If youre hungry, I think its a good option! I wouldnt go out of my way to come here though, but basic is sometimes best. Based price has changed from $12, to $13 but who can blame in this economy. Yum!

I've eaten BBs often from their other location in the U district many times, so I was very excited to see they opened a location downtown. I stopped in today and it was just as good! Their yakisoba and pork is amazing as always. The line was a bit long but you can always order ahead on their website. The portions are huge, definitely enough for two meals or for two people to share. Overall I'm glad to see them growing and it makes a great addition to the downtown area!

I’m impressed!!! I am not crazy about the customer service, but the food is amazing WHITE RICE -10 Proteins -8 Sides -7 Drink Options -6 Customer Service -6 Location-8 Speed/Efficiency 10 Music Selection -7 Btw the view isn’t bad either right on third and spring. You can see down the hill toward the water or up the hill toward the awe 🫢 inspiring SEATTLE public library. All the architecture is amazing, breath taking I would come here if I was you.

Before the doors even opened I knew I had to eat the Teriyaki here, because I could smell it cooking on the grill. The menu is laser focused on delivering one delicious meal for a price anyone can afford. There's enough customizability built in that you can get exactly what you want, both with the protein options (regular or spicy chicken, tofu, or beef for a little extra cost) and the base you put it on (white rice, brown rice, yakisoba, vegetable stir-fry, broccoli, cabbage salad, mixed-green salad) - pick up to 3!

And to top it all, regular and spicy teriyaki sauces, get either or both!

Can't wait to come...

Want to love this place because it's SO close to my office/ bus stop, but my first experience did not inspire confidence in their establishment.

Probably a function of showing up within 30 minutes of closing, but the person dishing my food and packing my meal/eating utensils was facetime-ing with a woman and showboating the ENTIRE time I was there. No regard for food safety or the guise of customer service. At one point, he pulls out his wallet while behind the counter to show her how much cash is in it and then he also sits down and lifts his sweatshirt to show her...

I had the pork and tofu. The tofu was good, but the pork was great! The sauces were also very good, spicy wasn't that spicy for me. But it might be for others. The combination of the pork juice and the add-on sauces made my rice extra delicious. Sometimes I feel like rice can taste dry or old at establishments like this, but it tasted fresh and cooked correctly. I preferred the vegetables as a side over the broccoli. Also, I don't know if they hooked me up with the pork portion, but it was a lot. Definitely...
