Do not eat here- Unless you love spending money on a small bowl canned peas with terrible tasteless broth and rice pilaf from a box with some clear liquid tomato? on top. 2 frugal skewers of dry chewy lamb(?). Everything is terrible here- horrible. Especially the service.. well we can't decide which is worse, the service or the food- but the atmosphere is pretty bad too. I'll bet you can get better Greek food at iHop. We were there for over an hour and only saw our server 3 times. Noone else came or went the entire time -so we knew he wasn't busy. Seemed like the first time he had ever waited on a table. Just so disappointed because it's a special treat to go out these days. If you love Greek fries- these are not that. - These are frozen shoe string fries with a light dusting of feta cheese. And bland. The $10 Greek salad had 4 small cubes of feta -a very small amount of cucumbers tomatoes and 3? Shrively olives- but like a sliced whole red onion piled up on top. Why? Ugh. We were waiting for camera crew to come out any minute and say that we were being duped and were watching for our reaction! It was just that bad. NOT deserving of...
Read moreEverything here is very delicious and very, very fresh! I can't believe I slept on this place for so long. But, I saw someone post a really good "review" on Reddit, and thought, "I have to try that place!" It did not disappoint. The Tzatziki is so perfectly salty and creamy, super thick, and tastes very much house made. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki as a sandwich and it wasn't a huge portion, but the chicken was so tender, and had flavor all the way through. It was a tad dry, but... It really works with the sandwich, and the meat, again, tasted very fresh.
What's remarkable are the prices! Very reasonable for a sandwich that includes fries ($8.99) and a really decent size portion of tzatziki for an appetizer, served with warm pita triangles was, I think, five bucks.
I got take out but it's super cute inside and the people are really nice. Probably will go back and take people to eat here. They have wine, too, I think, but, I'm at work so only drank one bottle....
Read moreI want to like this place, I really do. It is convenient for me to walk to from work. They used to be better. While I don't think it's great to leave a negative review for a restaurant right now during this time, I'm hoping they will change their ways. The staff is always nice and helpful. I was very disappointed last week.
I ordered a Greek salad with gyro to go. It's pretty large, and plenty of meat. A bit overdressed for my liking, and the meat a bit greasier than usual. I ate half of it, and then was over it. Unfortunately, I was very uncomfortable for the next 12 hours or so. Something was not right and my stomach was in slight pain. I don't know if the meat was out too long or the lettuce had issues, but I was the one with issues, and I left early from work to alleviate...
