This is the most horrid food court I’ve ever experienced. I am a full time student here and I have to have a meal plan so I eat all my meals here (sadly). All of the food here is below sub-par and it can take up to 1 hour to get your food waiting in line. The “chefs” here literally have no idea how to cook and all the food comes out burned, over cooked, undercooked, or all three at once somehow. The management here does not care about any problems whatsoever because me and my friends have complained multiple times and they have never cared. The best they will ever do for you is give you a refund or make you another dish that takes the same amount of time and still comes out bad. Believe It or Not they've gotten worse since they have changed food services. This place is kept afloat by the fact that Seattle University makes any students living on campus for the first and second year to buy a meal plan unless they are clever enough to figure a way to opt out.

To their credit every once in awhile they will have a good entree or sandwich. I recommended the Free Bird turkey sandwich oh, and the flank steak if they decide to serve it. I'm not actually that disappointed that the food served isn't as good as before the Chartwells contract. What this two-star review reflects is the blatant quality of life drop C Street has undergone. There's no variety in the food served; it feels like food safety is much less heavily emphasized; and new islands on which snack foods are displayed (all the same snack foods, mind) take up so much space that the entire food-serving area is filled entirely by lines for said food.
