Tian Fu Old Town — Restaurant in Seattle

I ordered the cucumber salad and pork chow mein. Both good, however I personally am not a fan of schezuan peppercorn so just be aware that it is used in the salad. There wasn't anything too remarkable about either dish but it was very tasty. However what I must address is lack of cleaning and sanitation. The entire lobby was dirty as if it hadn't been swept and upon going into the single room bathroom there was no soap of any sort, the trash was full, TP was being used as paper towel, the toilet was stained on the inside and had old pee running down the side, and the floors were absolutely filthy. This was a tad concerning for me as a customer because of this is the parts of the resturant that everyone sees what is the condition of the parts of the resturant that we can't see? I want to chalk it up to the resturant being understaffed however this is the kind of lack of cleaning/upkeep that isn't just developed over a few days. I've been trying out their menu now for the last 3 weeks and so far everything I've eaten minus 1 item (Cold Rabbit) has been amazing. The spice is something I've been craving for MONTHS and this keeps getting the spot. I'd rate 5 stars but there is only a couple gripes I have. The first is the older lady that works there can be off-putting at times, in fact slightly brash, like you're putting her out by coming in to eat. Second, again, is the rabbit. Other rabbit dishes I've had like this are more crunchy "meat" vs meat with bone. The bone hasn't been softened during cooking process with this dish and I chipped a tooth eating it. Absolutely extremely extraordinary service for ordering their customers out for closing. The waitress told us that we could pay the check before closing and took time having the meal. But only after a while, an angry man walking out from the kitchen and scolded us for eating too slow. And he stood just in front of us staring us eating and packing up the food.
