I've been to many coffee shops, but Voxx Coffee stands out! The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and the owners always there with a warm sincere welcome, making you feel right at home. Their espresso is strong and smooth, and the cappuccinos are crafted to perfection with just the right balance of foam and flavor.

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The decor is stylish yet comfortable, and they have a great selection of pastries to pair with your coffee. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a quiet spot to relax, this place hits all the right notes.

Highly recommend! I'll definitely be coming back...

Was in a bit of a rush this morning and I ordered a 12oz chai but received a 8oz. Didn’t realize until I was in my uber to work. A mistake you’d think they would be more careful with considering the price of coffee. Tried calling but they have a non working number. Disappointed but I will go back to see if they will remedy the situation tomorrow morning.

EDIT to my previous post: I made a mistake on the size of my drink but these lovely people STILL accommodated me this morning. Thank you Austin & the team at Vale. Wonderful customer service.

So far my favorite drink has been the brown sugar matcha they had on tap & the banana matcha is a close second. Im town for another month & they will absolutely be getting my service...

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop in Seattle. My friend and I go here at least once a week for study sessions (we get our best work done there). The coffee is 10/10 and the baristas and owner knows us by name on sight now. They are always kind and considerate and even remade a drink for me today at no extra cost when I mentioned it didn’t taste like my regular normally did. The coffee shop is well-decorated and the atmosphere is friendly and open. It’s been my favorite place since it opened last fall and I don’t see that changing any time soon! I even buy their beans to make at home because it’s so good. I highly...

I've been coming to this coffee shop for a long time—it used to be one of my favorites in Seattle. But sadly, the coffee isn’t as good as it used to be. Maybe it’s because they’ve hired new employees. We visited on March 17th and ordered two drinks: a mocha and a tiramisu mocha. The staff member taking our order was rude, and when our drinks were ready, they didn’t tell us which was which. Instead, they just left them on the counter and walked away. Most importantly, the coffee just wasn’t as good as before.

The service, drinks, and vibe are all great. I especially like the second floor area as a cozy, quieter study space. The pastry selections are slightly limited since I don’t believe they make those items in-house; their baked goods are from Macrina bakery and they have a refrigerated section. The main reason this place gets 3 stars from me is because I saw the owner carrying his dog while cleaning or allowing the dog behind the counter. I know it’s a dog-friendly cafe but that just felt unsanitary to me.
