My daughter and I had just arrived to Seattle for the first time we had just checked into our hotel from a long flight and we were hungry it was 930 pm and the “ WANT TO BE COP “ standing outside checked our ID which was A valid Drivers license non expired and he wouldn’t let us in due to my daughters license being VERTICAL?!?! Are you serious ? She’s 2 months shy of turning 24 years old and his BS reasoning was oh the owner doesn’t want us accepting vertical licenses ! I said let me speak to the person in charge right now he completely ignored my request and denied us even though we stressed to him we would just like to eat not looking to get drunk ! Then I called and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and he said there’s no one in charge atm he was rude unprofessional and you could barely understand his English I explained the experience we had just encountered 5 minutes prior and he could careless and hung up on me ! So to all new visitors my suggestion is to avoid this place they make Seattle look bad and we will never forget how we were treated my the “ RENT A COP “ at the door and the rude person on the phone our first really bad experience with Seattle Shame on this establishment there’s more then one A pizza mart it looks like a franchise so we are...
Read more4/17/25 11:30pm Ordered 2 16inch pizzas (cheese & margherita) and was quoted 35minutes by a male worker. After waiting an hour we checked in with the same person and was told our pizza was "probably" in the oven. Half an hour later, we checked in again with a lady this time, and she was immediately defensive and argumentative. Told us she didn't know anything about our pizzas because she was not in charge of the kitchen- which is understandable, but ridiculous because what kind of staff is that if you cannot communicate between each other? And if you're not in charge of the kitchen, why should the bar be taking food orders and giving estimated wait times. Then she proceeded to point and say that if we wanted to, we could walk to the kitchen and ask about the pizzas ourselves. Unnecessary and rude. Being called "A Pizza Mart" and not having pizzas out in a timely manner is one thing but lacking customer service is another. Just be honest about wait times and about what's going on to avoid all this. And to top it off.. after waiting an 1 1/2 hr for a cheese & margherita pizza, the cheese pizza was terrible. Margherita was ok. Don't bother...
Read moreWent there on 6-25. Bartender/server made fun of my autistic friend. Many times. I tipped him $20 on a $45 tab. I ate none of my food, but didn't complain.
Saw him next day (at another place i frequent, and now I'mnot comfortably going back to my favorite place). I work professionally with South Africa. He loudly and proudly and obnoxiously and aggressively picked a fight with me about apartheid. I cannot in any capacity get into any of those details. No matter how gracefully I tried to exit the conversation, he tried to lambast me AND South Africa. Which, of course, is absurd. He was ignorant and ill-informed and kept loudly yelling words like "billionaires," which have nothing to do with day to day South Africans.
He also recognized me and continued to insult my (again, and not to label out leverage or label him, but...) autistic friend. For at least an hour.
I come here ever year for a week. But I will run from anywhere I see this incel.
(I met his girlfriend, as of June 26 2025. She's beautiful and lovely and I hope her...
