I recently had an outstanding dining experience at Von's 1,000 Spirits in Seattle, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. I started with the sourdough pizza "Lil Pep," which was a revelation. The pizza features little pepperonis, whole milk mozzarella, peppadews, Sicilian spice, Calabrian hot honey, and fresh basil. The sourdough crust was perfectly crisp and chewy, providing an excellent base for the flavorful toppings. The combination of spicy and sweet from the Calabrian hot honey and peppadews, along with the rich, creamy mozzarella, made each bite an explosion of flavors.
