Got yelled at and was embarrassed in front of a room full of random co-workers, for grabbing a cup from behind the counter while trying to stop a mess the staff started by overfilling milk which started oozing out of the serving cup before I got to it.
I tried to grab their attention before acting and apparently had their attention seeing as how fast they reacted on my taking the cup, just chose not to indicate it before the fact.
Food safety concerns, sure, but have a sense of proportion, do your job right in the first place so that the customers don't feel the need to stop your mess and don't shout at the customers.
Never setting foot here again.

Read moreI might be biased because I work in the building and I get free coffee here as an employee. But these guys are great. The staff is super friendly and nice. They have so many options to choose from, they have different kinds of milk, coffee, tea and matcha as well. They carry a good amount of sugar free syrups to choose from as well. I really do customize my drink a lot and they do it perfectly. There is some seating available, I usually have never seen it full as people take their coffee and leave....
