Berry Divine Acai Bowls — Restaurant in Sedona

I have been in Berry Divine in Sedona very frequently and today had a not very good experience ordered one of my favorite items on the menu only to find out that it was like hardly any of the toppings were put on it of the fruit as well as it changed couple of the ingredients from beet juice over to coconut water and did not tell me that it was going to be changed I'm grateful that I did not have a logic reaction to the coconut water that was replaced and not told to me prior to ordering. They wanted to replace my order which I agreed on with a different item except for three or four more people came into the store and when I waited over most 20 minutes for my remake I was told that they had to do paying customers first. And I was really a surprise since I already had paid for my berry divine purchased and they were replacing it and it was not a new order I'm had to wait finally ended up canceling my order . It was great to see a number of my friends come in and out while I was there but the music was so loud it was hard to hear so I ask them also if they could turn the music down a little bit because it was so loud it was hard to carry on a conversation at the table. I was so that they would turn it down a little bit but they never did. I would not normally be posting something like this but today it was very unfortunate the service that I received and since I have no phone number to contact the office I've chosen to leave a review thank you hope if you go in there that you will enjoy your order is well as you will never experience what I experienced...

I’m actually really tired of this place. We loved coming here. We would drive the 30 minutes from cottonwood solely for these bowls. But lately, the service has gotten terrible. We’ve been forgotten about after ordering, causing us to wait 30 additional minutes for our order. We were told to order online to get smoothies and the next time when we did that, they don’t offer them online, so that was a lie. And don’t you dare order extras, because I have yet to order anything with additions that I pay for that have ever actually ended up in my food. So I pay for nothing. And you’d be a fool to expect to get what you pay for. You’re paying 15 dollars for about 9 dollars worth of food. I paid for a small açaí bowl but ended up with a tiny scoop, maybe 3 dollars worth. And god forbid you ask a question. Because you’ll get the response of “I don’t know. I’m only 16.” Why are teenagers running a food establishment when they clearly don’t know what service is? It’s quite disappointing. You’re better off going to the Local Juicery. At least your close to $100 order will be...

I’m usually not a fan of these gimmicky sounding food places that use buzz words like “super foods and anti oxidants” etc etc. However, this place I make an exception. At first I heard $18 for two regular size cups of fruit and sorbet like açaí and thought I got swindled. Then I received said cup and instantly had my mind changed. The fruit was extremely fresh and the flavors were out of this world. I don’t buy this as being healthy by any means as it is likely a diabetes bomb. But, if you are in Sedona considering a marginally healthier option for a sweet treat this is your place. Service was friendly and quick. Menu is overwhelming as there is a lot of options to choose from and ways you can customize. For the health conscious they have all the calories listed out which is nice. Worth a stop especially if you want to try...
