If you are looking for a place with rude employees and rude managers then you should shop here. Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated by a few managers and even coworkers. Names are Jen, Cindy, Karen, Tim, Kyoko, and Nick, all people that had nothing better to do than to just be rude and disrespectful to me. They favorite certain people and treat others bad that are not close with or related. They have also said very rude words to me several times and I do not recommend shopping here or for that matter, working here. This company does not deserve any workers that work hard just to be treated bad in the end. The manager Jen acts cocky and acts like she knows everything and smirks when she gets her way. Cindy is a very rude older person that screams in peoples faces and is rude to people over the radio. Karen is a very useless manager and does not actively help people when they need help, she even will just ignore you cause she's that rude of a person. Tim, the GM, was very useless. He never helps out when a member needs help or when a worker needs him. He does not do a thing and he is lazy, I have heard several complaints about him not being a good GM. Kyoko is very rude to members as well as employees. She slams bins around and is very nasty on the radio to people. She also makes up lies and gets people in trouble. Nick is very very rude to people as well and yells in peoples faces. He acts like he knows it all just because he is in the military. Everyone that had power, just used that power way too much and made working there enjoyable. Other than that, it is not recommended anyone works here or shops here cause they also overcharge on products that should not...

I love BJ’s they have a huge selection of foods and home goods. I also like the gas station has cheap gas. Recently they upgraded their self checkouts so you can get in and out quicker and you can always ask for a coupon book when you go in so you don’t need to worry about forgetting. One thing to remember is to bring your bags. They also have a deli, a bakery, and a liquor store. Diapers are dirt cheap and you can buy them in bulk. I like you how can also buy wipes in bulk. The deli has cheese that tastes good. The bakery makes muffins. We buy our laundry detergent there too. Also we buy our dish soap there. Paper plates make our suppers easy. I needed to get to two hundred words to get free storage. I am really trying hard. There’s only fifty two words left. I’m not sure what else I can write about but I’m getting closer with every word. They also have big carriages with two seats for your kids and a bottle exchange center. There’s also optical and cookies. I like cookies. Most people would say chocolate chip...

I purchased tires from BJ's online and made an appointment for installation , install day arrived, and it was all great until the next day I took the truck out for a ride on the highway and the truck was vibrating, my husband said it's the balancing. I said the new tires had been balanced the day before. He checked- only 1 of the 4 tires had been balanced. I returned the next day, and they took it in, and only balanced 1 tire the rest still were not balanced. The wait to speak to someone either on the phone or in person is ridiculous. Stay AWAY!! The worst customer service ever. !!! Currently waiting in person for 15+ minutes, no one has come out to the front desk, no bell or method of notifying the people out in the shop that a customer is waiting. I wish I hadn’t taken the advice of my husband's colleague that recommended BJ's as best price and customer service for tires. They SUCK. I'll be promptly canceling my BJ's membership.
