8/4/22 at approx 5:15am ordered one sausage Mc griddle with cheese. Asked how much it was going to cost and was told $4.50. I was more than surprised at the price of this breakfast sandwich. So I instead ordered a sausage biscuit. As I was pulling away from drive they speaker I noticed on menu board that a sausage McGriddle cost $2.99. I was so confused on how adding 1 piece of cheese to a sausage McGriddle would increase the price by $1.50? I employee at window if a sausage McGriddle was indeed $2.99. And she responded yes. Then I asked why I was quoted the price for that add 1 slice of cheese to be $4.50? She said that is just how much it is. I asked you are really charging $1.50 for 1 slice of cheese?? . And she responded very rudely yes that is how much extra it costs. I was dumbfounded at the cost of 1 slice of cheese being $1.50 and drove away. Right here right now I swear by anyway that I can. I am avoiding and boycotting eating from any McDonalds for the rest of my life. Do they not make enough money they way it is without now up charging $1.50 for 1 slice of cheese? Utterly ridiculous. Had to give at least 1 star in review but does not even deserve that. Money hungry business that employees very rude staff. Not the first time that employee has been rude to me in the morning either. So rude behavior must be...
Read moreI went through drive-thru last night and ordered $60 worth of food ... when I arrived at the 2nd pick-up window and accepted my food, can you all guess the extremely pissed expression I had when I asked the drive-thru lady who had glasses on, with a mask on with blonde somewhat curly hair pinned up for some honey mustard, bbq, and sweet and sour sauces for my $60 dollars worth of McDonald's meals and all I got in return was just 1 honey mustard, 1 bbq and 1 sweet and sour sauce and when I asked her for more since I got a couple meals she sarcastically smiled with her eyes behind her mask and proceeded to tell me if I wanted more I needed to pay for them. Let me tell you something, I had to really swallow my response and not go in the restaurant to make a scene because that is utterly absurd and a pure lack of hospitality over some insignificant sauces. Train your employees to be decent and to provide better drive-thru experiences. And to that lady being stingy with the sauces, you are an absolutely ridiculous person. I went straight home with my kids and got them sauces from my own fridge since your mission was to hoard them...
Read moreWe paid for our chickens nuggets at 1:02pm, were told to drive around, had three other cars in front, had a lady bring us our food only to discover it was someone else's order. She took it back inside. About 15 mins later I parked my car and went inside to discover two other people, that had gone through drive through, waiting to get assistance because their order had been wrong or was missing items. No one asked if we needed anything, so I flagged down one of the employees that informed the manager. This is what drove me crazy, she says "oh, she got her order, but it was wrong" and then proceeded to call out to have chicken nuggets cooked. Seriously? They forgot about my order. I did not get any priority to my order and had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. My receipt says 1:02pm and I left at 1:42. All I ordered were the 40 piece bundle. I waited a minute for each nugget. I walked out there so disappointed with the whole experience. Mistakes are fine, but forgetting to fix them and inconveniencing a client for 40 minutes is so...
