Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Shenandoah

So I came to Church’s on my lunch break to order a Two piece dark meal with fires and an apple pie. The cashier was so busy watching her manager talk to a customer she didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her and when she did, I asked her did they have Shrimp ready she was like no I asked her. Did they have the chicken fried steak ready? She was like no then I asked her for a two piece dark with french fries a Dr Pepper with easy ice and an apple pie with extra icing so Ashely turns for me to store my order. I’m looking at the label over the chicken so she proceeds to put spicy chicken pick up the spicy dark meat to pack my order and I was like no I told you regular not spicy so I end up just going through the drive-through went through the drive-through and poor customer service from the front counter to the drive-through. I had to repeat my order three times to the same lady when I get to the window they hit in my food, and I asked the manager the guy.what was my total. So I pay and proceeded to head back to work.. Now once I arrive I get ready to eat my food and this is what it looks like.. French fries were lukewarm no biscuit and ketchup nothing.. I’m truly pissed at this point. I’ve called the restaurant four times Mo Answer. I ve went online and still can’t get it touch with anyone.. I want my money back.. I wouldn’t send my Dog there.. POOR...

If I could give no stars that’s what they would have. The man that took our order was rude. When my friend tried to tell him she didn’t want something he got mad. He pulled up his pants before making an order with no gloves and his hands rubbed against his skin because he clearly had no draws on. He went to the side and sneezed and then came to take my order. After he got partial of my order he was about to try to make my order, mind you he just sneeEd or coughed off to the side. He was about to try to argue with me about it then he was like you right. He couldn’t tell me I was wrong because when he reached over to press the green button on the machine he had stuff on the side of his thumb nail! He took another family behind me order and placed my order last to go out. I asked for dipping sauce as gravy and watched the girl make a nice grade of gravy and then make another one that’s watery and poured me the watery one. They were speaking Spanish and that’s not okay after you get mad. I have come all the way home and missing fries to my combo. You can’t be nasty rude and making mistakes. I have called 4 times with no answer. This establishment needs new workers or better management! I will never go back there. NO GLOVES IS CRAZY

I wouldn't give these rude, ridiculously low, classed fckrs no stars at all, and it should be an option for the manager's behavior yesterday evening after my cousin and I ordered food thru the drive-thru...my cousin noticed that her meal was burnt, so she took it back into the establishment to request for fresh chicken.. The manager had the audacity to ask her why was giving him a problem which she wasn't causing anything other than requesting for some modicum of respect but instead she received attitude. After I finished pumping my gas, I checked my order just to find what my entire order was burned and missing items, so I took my order back inside and shower to manager my order and he rudely snatched my order threw in the trash and refunded me for the order... I asked him why was he giving me such an attitude and he proceeds to to tell me that I was ban we from the eatery. I had never eaten there before so I just laughed at him and he just got angrier and then the manager told me not to come to his store again because it would be on my best interest not too... I asked his was that a verbal threat of harm because I asked for fresh chicken? And he told me to leave the store after I gave him back the drink as well that came...
