Every time I come to this rally’s it’s always during second shift. I’ve always been greeted with kindness at the drive thru. I do miss the walk up window as I’m sure we all do, however rally’s employees are doing there best to keep people safe from COVID-19, and I cannot express how much that means to me that they show they care about this whole community. Unfortunately the last time I was in the drive-through I saw a man walk up to the window with two birds on his shoulder he got very upset when they told him they were not doing walk ups then he returned to his truck. About a minute later he ran forcibly towards the window trying to open it and slamming a piece of paper or something against the window screaming he was from the government. I could imagine everyone there was terrified I was scared myself as a customer. These people deserve way more respect than they are getting!!! Some people do not have vehicles so sometimes they will except those walk ups but if you have a vehicle that’s what the drive-thru is for. I mean I know they got really good fries but is it really worth a grown man screaming at young people I don’t think so . Read moreThe customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. My family and I pulled in the parking lot and there were only 2 cars in the drive thru. We went around the building and noticed there were customers at the front window. Since we had a large trailer attached we chose to park and order at the window. We waited for the people infront of us to finish ordering. The employee shut the window and didn't return to take our order. All the employees were staring at us but refused to take the order. My husband walked thru the drive thru and no one would respond to him. After 2 or 3 minutes we left. My husband called the restaurant, and the manager answered the phone. My husband very calmly asked why do you pick and choose who you take orders for? The manager said I don't have time for this and hung up! I immediately called back and he was yelling at me and hung up. At this time there was 2 people at the table waiting to eat and 2 cars in the drive thru, and I know I saw 5 employee there. To treat customers this way is absolutely ridiculous. If your not helping people thru the front window than that means you don't pick and choose who you take. She is the rudest and most non helpful drive thru employee I’ve ever experienced. It’s crazy because I have a feeling she is probably the lead or shift manager because there’s no way anyone with 5% common since would ever put that person at the drive thru where she has to communicate and help customers. I pulled up and was ordering for 3 people and almost got to the end of my first order when we all agreed we should just leave because the girl was so rude and hateful. I was simply asking her about the specials they have and she didn’t want to answer me.
