One time, my husband, our daughter, and I arrived at the store around 8:30 PM to place an order. The store’s posted closing time was 9:00 PM, so we believed we were still well within the timeframe to be served. As my husband approached the door, one of the teenage employees made a dismissive gesture, which my husband didn’t immediately understand. He paused to clarify whether they were still open. That’s when they told him they were already closed—despite it being a full 30 minutes before closing.
As he turned to leave, one of the employees, the blonde teenager girl one, loudly said, “I guess he got the point,” in a mocking tone. My husband was shocked, and although he was close to saying something, he ultimately chose to stay silent and walk away to avoid any confrontation. As he exited, the employees started laughing quietly among themselves.
It really sucks because we genuinely love Salsarita’s and enjoy eating there as a family, but we were incredibly disappointed by the way their staff acted toward a customer. That kind of behavior—mocking, laughing, and being dismissive—is completely unprofessional and leaves a bad impression. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when they’ve done nothing wrong. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it, because it does affect how customers feel...
Read moreThis is our 3rd time visiting this location. Once during grand opening, another time and then again today and unfortunately our experiences were consistent all 3 times. Food Is mediocre but cold or they have been out of something each time, wait time is long even when the lines weren’t and customer service is certainly lacking. We try to give establishments several chances before leaving reviews or deciding we won’t be back, today was our last visit. Today a woman walked in and went straight to the register to order several pounds of meat, the employees left our burritos sitting at the counter to take her order, cash her out and make all of her food prior to ringing us up when we were in line and had ordered first. Our food was obviously cold at that point. Meanwhile, the woman behind us started screaming that she has been waiting in line for 15 minutes and ended up walking out the door. Read moreI want to give a shout out to one of your employees and her name is Misty, I'm elderly and prefer to not use an app, so I called the Shephersville location to order a Fiesta Box. I was met with eagerness and enthusiasm to help me figure out what I needed for the group I would be feeding. Misty was so helpful, kind, enthusiastic and eager. This was the best customer service I have received in a very long time and I just want you to know I believe Misty is an exceptional employee. HUGE HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MISTY!!!! Thank you Misty for not making me feel like I was dumb because I chose not to use the App. By the way the food and prices were excellent and I will definitely recommend this establishment to all my family and friends.
