Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sherman

I can't really blame the employees as I've witnessed at times they are short staffed. Which is the company's problem as for many other fast food places trying to over work employees. Sometimes the wait times are 30 minutes which sucks when it's my lunch break and I thought going at 1:30 would be better than right around noon. My experience with kfc is always faster when it comes to serving food. That is only if there is a shorter line. Taco bell seems to take much longer . I got taco bell today and didn't get the 2 sides of sour cream I ordered as well as none of the burritos were labeled so I had to open every single one to find out what was what. Ordered online got there and told to pull forward so their dt time wouldnt be bad. No one behind. Refused and asked for money back was told had to do in app. Explained didnt order in app. Told to call but she said she couldnt give out the number. Asked to speak to manager she said she was the shift leader closed the window and walked off! Called corp to complain and got refund because we didnt take the food

We had ordered the same thing the week before and both 5 layer burritos had ZERO meat. Not sure what is going on at this location but this is not the first time we have had issues! The employees dont seem to care and they wont answer the phone so talking to an actual manager is next...

I've been going to this location off and on for over a year. I've never written a google review before but I had to for this. This has consistently been the slowest fast food restaurant that I have ever been to. The staff is rude and is more interested in talking with one another than helping the customer. To top things off, all three of my tacos that I ordered tonight were placed 100% upside down in the bag. One of the wrappers was hardly placed onto a taco and almost all of its contents ended up loose in the bag. Don't bother with this location and go to the one on Texoma. Save yourself.
