Bravo. Needed and welcome, bright and clean interior decor completed in November or December including all new doorways which are very comfortable to enter and exit through.
Would like to mention purely for helpful outcome that the ordering area could use adjustment in order to have much better movement. Perhaps install a walkway type design with the railing which was present with previous ordering area design, while pushing back the condiments and napkins counter? Was surprised to see the condiment/napkin counter so close in to the ordering counter As is, that ordering area is confusingly congested for customers.
The colleagues computer screens could be raised in order to make it more healthy and comfortable to place customers' orders. At present, the computer screens are at a really low level atop counter top. With all worthwhile things, this is very possible to achieve for these dedicated and helpful associates. Watch in amazement with what a very achievable and solid adjustment can do for the colleagues.
Also, would be so nice if cushioned chairs were in place throughout as were previous. It is assumed that the restaurant is a wonderfully prosperous restaurant and the good people of the area have made that happen. Perhaps cushioned chairs can happen?
Perhaps remove the television completely from the restaurant and make the fireplace double sided. Television not needed!
Pay a visit good people. Order your favorite Wendy's items. Enjoy the quiet fireplace area located within the dining area.

September, 2019. First time visit. Not good. Interior is unappealing and below standard. Obvious update-renovations are needed for overall visual appeal. Approached the order counter, then decided to turn and exit the restaurant. Of the multiple exit doors, had to strongly push on the final exit door from within glass enclosed, square foyer. That exit door is obvious by sound and harsh movement to be at breaking point, there was fear prompted that the door would not open or break upon movement. Sigh of relief to complete exit and be outdoors.
Wendy's members were welcoming and pleasant, working well serving, preparing items and natural, continuous, deliberate cleaning as best can was happening beyond the counter. These good members would all benefit from a newly upgraded interior throughout.
Wendy's Restaurant menu items are the best to be had for fast food restaurant, and would like to go to after visiting the Sherman Square.

Placed an online order via the app, a single burger, nothing else. It was placed for drive through pick up because I was not able to get out. They had no one in line and I pull up to the speaker and let the gentleman know I placed a mobile order, he proceeded to tell me they do NOT do mobile orders in the drive through, I must come inside. I tried explaining to him I could not come inside, I already placed the order online and it says to go to speaker and drive through .. he then tells me not to pull up to the window . I MUST park on the side of the building designated for mobile orders. I parked and waited over 10 minutes for 1 single patty cheese burger. During that time I counted approximately 6 vehicles enter the drive through, order, get there food and leave. After this experience, I immediately canceled my single burger order on the app and left. It has been over a year since I have had Wendy’s and thought I would try it again because I always enjoy the burgers, but based upon customer service experience and application issues (or whatever) I will never return again. Read moreSo I went to the redesigned Wendy's in Sherman tonight and other than putting tomato on my burger when I ordered it with NO TOMATO, the burger and fries were hot and good. The problem was the drink machine and the terrible attitude of the manager. The drink machine was out of syrup and even though I made the staff aware after trying to get a drink while waiting on the burger, they failed to fix it. I sat down and at the burger and fries and then tried the drink machine again. Still just carbonated water. I went to the counter and the employee said they were fixing it now. I asked if they could get me a drink from the machine on their side of the counter and apparently theirs was in the same condition. So, I asked for a refund on the drink. They located the manager who would not even look at me or address me and instead looked at the screen and then the employee and said, "You can't refund just a drink in a combo". OK, I'm thinking what about just pulling enough money out of the register to cover the cost of the large drink that was in the combo. I would have even been satisfied with just a simple explanation and saying if you will wait just a moment I will fix the machines and get you a drink. At this point any sugar free drink would have been fine! So disappointed! Way to go Wendy's! The re-design of the building will not overcome the sloppy and careless attitude...
