been here since May 2025,Iām new but I remember the 1st that my AUNT and I went here, during the Braves game and raining outside.. literally there was a woman named Naomi and 1 cook in the back and they were completely busy, but they held it down. Got the food out, hot and fresh ā¦an extra employee who was there I guess waiting to clock in on his regular schedule, but instead he went in early and helped outā¦there was some people who understood and some who just didnāt care but from that moment, my AUNT & I continue coming to this KFC, pretty much on Sundays after church, I can honestly say that this is one of the best KFC I EVER been to in the longest. I had a regular spot in Florida, but now that Iām no longer there this is my number #1. I donāt know what it is that they do with their chicken, but it is fantastic, mouthwatering, delicious, crunchy, flavor, hot and ready. Their biscuits are phenomenal, Mouthwatering, tasty, fresh, Addicting. Itās like you want another biscuit and I love it, their vegetables, corn and green beans taste so damn good. I donāt know what they do with it if they put a extra seasoning in there with some love, but my AUNT and I have been there 6x never disappointed never disappointment not even with the drinks and I love it because thereās times where you go to a fast food restaurant and 1x you get it and itās off the chain but then you go back thinking youāre gonna get it the same way and absolutely not ā¦.what I can say about this KFC @ this location, you can come back all you want and itās still be the same.. honestly, there are 4 people that Iāve seen that bust they ass thatās Naomi, Pleasant respectful, she doesnāt lose her temper, she seemed like she got some patience, but donāt disrespect her, then thereās a gentleman with a low fade haircut with a design & another gentleman with long dreads or braids That are respectful, hard-working they go out their way as much as they can to help assist, then the other gentleman that clocked in early During the Braves game, short gentlemen maybe 5ā5 dark hair ⦠I JUST WANNA SAY THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME DELICIOUS, FABULOUS, GREAT CHICKEN THAT IS AMAZING AND SO DAMN TASTY ALONG WITH THE BISCUITS AND VEGETABLES. I KNOW ITāS NOT EASY, BUT PLEASE CONTINUE DOING WHAT YOUāRE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI arrived at this location with my 2 children (11 & 9) and was greeted by a friendly cashier. We order the buffet. As my children and I got our food we began to search for a clean table and couldn't find one. I asked the cashier if she could clean one of the tables. She stopped what she was doing and came out to clean the table. I asked her if she was working by herself because I saw the other employees in the back lolly gagging. She just shrugged her shoulders. I went to the mens room to wash my hands and there was no soap or paper towels. I ended up going to the car to get my disinfecting wipes for me and my children to use for our hands. One of the employees in the back must have heard my comment to the cashier earlier because when I went to the buffet the cashier asked is there a problem. I told her for one, there wasn't any soap or paper towels in the restroom. She told me the mens room was out of order. I asked why there wasn't a sign stating that. She then says is there anything else. Sensing the attitude I told her no. She then tells my son that he can't be at the buffet without a parent. My son point to me as I'm standing right behind him. She says "well you have to fix his food" I tell her he is 9 years old he is tall enough and capable to reach his own food. She then says "well children sometimes make a mess so you have to fix his food" I told her I will stand here and make sure that doesn't happen. That's when she loses it talking negatively under her breath saying "don't say nothin' else to me" and "I don't have to take this" I told her that she was being funny because of what I told the cashier. Then she really loses it screaming and telling me don't say anything else to her. The manager comes out and asks her what happened. The story she gives was contrary to what happened. When I tried to tell the manager what happened she cuts me off and begins yelling again. The manager told her to go to the back and I told the manager 'do I need to say anything else?' Never got an apology. I reported the incident to the corporate office and still never got an apology. I just reported...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited KFC late on Sunday evening, arriving shortly after the lobby had closed, which I understand might limit service. Since I was already there and hungry, I decided to approach the drive-thru window to inquire if I could place an order or purchase any leftover food that might otherwise go to waste.
One of the employees, a young male who seemed eager to help, went to get his manager. When the manager arrived, I politely explained my situation and asked if I could place an order. The manager quickly informed me that they were only accepting cash. I explained I didnāt have cash but could pay with a card or send the money via Cash App. Unfortunately, the manager declined, stating she only takes cash.
I then asked if I could place a mobile order through the app and pick it up at the window. The manager refused, explaining that I would need to be in a car to pick up the order. I was confused by this response, as it doesnāt make sense to restrict mobile order pickups to cars only. Mobile orders are designed to make ordering convenient for customers, whether on foot or in a vehicle.
When I tried to appeal one more time, emphasizing that I was hungry and had walked to the store, she firmly said no and abruptly shut the window in my face.
While I respect that policies are in place for a reason, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasnāt asking for special treatment but was simply looking for a solution to grab a quick meal after a long day at work. Allowing me to place a mobile order and pick it up on foot would have been a reasonable compromise, given the circumstances.
I left feeling disappointed, not just because I couldnāt get food, but because of how the situation was handled. I hope KFC will address how to approach situations like this with more empathy and flexibility in the future. Additionally, it would be helpful if mobile order policies were clarified and made more inclusive for customers who are not...
