105 Pizza + Bowl — Restaurant in Snowmass Village

This place is not built around customer service. I would not go here if I were you. Way overpriced for well below-average food. They start your timer early for your lane rental and fail to tell you that they did so. Then at the end they shut you down the second your hour ends. They delivered our food and asked if we needed boxes to go home ten minutes after we started eating. We had two rolls left in the tenth frame. I get it. You need us to move on. I am just posting this so anyone who reads knows, this is a “we need you to move on” establishment. Facebook gave this place 3.2/5. Given the robot/paid reviews that inflate that number, I would say 3.2/5 is a stretch on the best day possible. Staff definitely seemed bro-club-ish where basically they think all customers are stupid and beneath them. Bottom line, you and your family can be treated better at basically any other place in snowmass. $340 for one hour of bowling, bad pizza, chicken fingers for one child, 9.5 frames of bowling, one pitcher of beer, well below-average appetizers, and two glasses of wine. If I had read the reviews (which are very accurate), we would not have gone out of our way to go here. Kids really wanted to bowl. Walked in with Lanes open, but told no Lanes available until 9pm. Ok. So we ate and waited. Ordered motz sticks- only 4 and they were cool and not good. Pretzel bites were cold in the center. Burger ordered came out wrong. Pizza was forgotten and came to the table late. I got the burrata pizza- it was good. Kids sodas were empty mostly and we were charged for every refill. The music was good but way too loud even for bowling. Lanes are $100 per hr for upto 5 people (not bad), then it's $5 ea for shoe rental. We were not able to get onto the lane with shoes on and bowling until close to 10 after, then the lane shutdown automatically at 9:50. Needless to say- we will not be back. Our bill was $500+ It was the most expensive meal we had that week and the worst experience. I will pause here so the owner can personally attack me instead of taking the feedback and improving...

I recently visited Snowmass Lanes and Lounge and was blown away by their amazing wooden oven pizza! The taste was out of this world and the crust was perfectly crispy. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the overall experience was fantastic. I also appreciate Snowmass Lanes and Lounge's commitment to using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the delicious pizza, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions and make sure that we had everything we needed. The wait staff were also very efficient and made sure our orders were taken and delivered in a timely manner.
