Ernesto's Pizza — Restaurant in Somerville

Pizza was delivered very quickly, and was very nicely cooked. Good amount of cheese without being over-cheesed. Nice browning spots from a hot bake, on both the underside of the dough and the top of the cheese. The pizza box was delivered with an anti-tamper sticker, which I appreciate. The dough that Ernesto’s uses needs a touch more salt but I think that’s just a function of their recipe and no knock on the pizza we received. I think if they tweaked that a little bit it would be closer to the kind of pie I would keep coming back to. But for a huge pie that’s only $28 or so delivered (including tip) that’s a great deal. Haven’t been here in awhile; definitely not what it used to be. Selling two slices as a ‘jumbo slice’ and the product isn’t matching? Let’s do better. I’ll assume a kids slice, is one slice. I went after seeing Sonic the Hedgehog 2 with my kid, in fact after every movie we go there and she gets cheese and I get Buffalo chicken I forget to tell them don't hear up the Buffalo they are under a heat lamp they are hot only because I have no upper teeth so I'm burning the roof of my mouth and cutting my upper jaw.
