Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Burlington

5 stars to this beautiful , big and clean Dunkin' Donut right on the U.S. Route 2, then plenty of parking outside but easily accessible using the bus nr.1 ! Even during the late afternoon it's possible to find a large variety of pastry! Boston cream pie Donut 🍩 is my favourite absolutely! Coffee tastes good as usual! It has plenty of Dunkin' merchandise. People here are welcoming and helpful! You can both order directly to the cashier or using the machine which you have to pay using the card only. The menu is very easy to read and understand. The atmosphere is cozy. You can easily take your coffee chatting with friends, admiring the environment outside thanks to the large windows that frame this shop ... 🌳 🍃 🍂 🍁 This place has many tables and seats, low and high! This is a top notch Dunkin’ Donuts. We have been coming here for awhile and after being to almost every other Dunkin in Chittenden County, I can be sure to say this is by far the best. Coffee/Latte/whatever drink you order are always consistently proportioned with ice, flavoring, cream/milk, and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. With the proximity to UVM you’d think that the turnover of college age employees would slow or change things…not here. The management seems to do a great job of training their employees to an equal standard which is great for us consumers. If any Dunkin employees in the area deserve a raise, it’s the ones at this very busy Dunkin who never fail to get it right. I’d give 10/10 stars if I could :) thank you Dunkin for...

Go here almost every other day, they are all nice. However, they need more help. On the go orders, are swamping walk in customers. I talked to someone about South Burlingtons staffing issue at a different location/ different town and suggested the SB should be allowed to hire more people, they didn't believe that they need more help... Well they do... The SB location gets huge Uber orders in daily, like 20 coffee sometimes, which then backlogs the on the go single coffee orders. This puts in store customers last. Which creates a bunch of walk in customers getting antsy in the lobby that didn't know this would happen, as they confusidly watch patrons stroll in and pick up their coffee. You should probably raise your wage rate...
