Once you have had their pure Vermont maple syrup you'll NEVER want anything else. I use the dark on my pancakes and French toast and it is AMAZING. The people working there are very friendly and really know their products so they will be able to answer any questions you may have. Its location is withing walking distance from the hotels in that area. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the discontinued the 1 liter glass jugs of syrup. If you can't go to the main store, this is the second best. The ladies at the counter are very helpful, specially if you need help with gifting.

Tip: the locals get Grade B Maple Syrup (AKA Dark with Robust Taste Grade A) I buy a gallon and that will last us for about a year or so.

I like Dakin Farm products but their turn around time for standard shipping (4-10 days and its always at least 9 days) is WAY TOO LONG! I ordered a gift last tuesday and today (7 days later) reciebved confirmation that the package was just shipped today. I dont understand why it takes a mail order business 7 days to process & ship a package. I encounter this every year.
