I order salads from here quite often I always get my meat and cheese on the side so I can mix my dressing in and add it. They have made it wrong now 3 times in a row, so my husband called and complained. They said we'll it's because the kitchen saw the special request but the cashier made my salad and did not and that special requests font print up front. He told them this is the third time in a row and we've complained before and that they should pay attention the special instructions that's why they are there for orders. My meat and cheese got added to my salad not a big deal, I don't like it that way but I'll deal with it. The part that's very upsetting is I asked for extra tuna and got a tiny ranch cups worth of tuna on my salad, how is that the extra i paid for? My salad was a maybe 5$-7$ worth salad that i paid almost 15$ for, and it was not worth the extra I paid. 1) it wasnt even made the way I wanted it, and it wasnt fixed, 2) you should always be checking for customers special instructions if you have a section for it, 3) if it's the 3rd time in a row that youve messed up a customers order, you should probably give the customer a refund, remake the salad, or do something. I paid for extra cheese, did not get that, got a tiny amount of cheese, paid for extra meat, got maybe a half a spoonful, and asked for a simple request of meat and cheese on the side. Read moreThe worst experience of my life. They messed up my order not once but twice! I called them the first time and the Manger told me it is what it is. I called the second time about the same order and spoke to a different manager who said he would fix the issue and sent me the same messed up order. When I called them back to let him know it still wasn't right and it had been 3 hours at this point and just asked for a credit foresee food next time I ordered he told me NO! That he had already sent me more food and that was all he was going to do for us. We couldn't eat our order so I was out almost $40 and they didn't care. I am the Manager of a company and run THREE locations myself. I would NEVER treat a customer this way. I would go above and beyond to make my customers happy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. AND I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL ALL OF MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS NOT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT OR ORDER FROM HERE. Read moreThere's a shedder in the kitchen, I found three hairs between two separate dishes; I'm not squeamish but that's nasty...and excessive. The food was bad. It just was. Poor quality, overcooked pasta, eggplant parm so poorly represented it literally made me sad. The wings were dry, meat soaked in bland seasoning so it didn't even taste like chicken...just bland, kind of spicy seasoning. New staff member put the order for Chicken Parm in as chicken fingers which they were quick to fix....by removing the chicken fingers from the table and telling us they were going to bring them back to the kitchen and turn it into the parm.... blink, blink They gave us someone else's pizza, forgot our drinks, forgot an order of fries - the dining experience as a whole was a hot mess.
The bathroom was filthy. Fil.thy. Boogers all over the walls, cracks and corners caked with dirt and dust, dirt just everywhere. I don't consider myself much of a baby about public bathrooms but I've seen better from sketchy service stations.
