We ordered our pizza through the portal. It said our pizza was ready. We arrive to get our pizza and they had closed. Their reason was due to short staff. When we got there one person was leaving and one other person was still there. They said they could not make it because of being not having enough staff. Although we understand there is a staffing issue there was still a problem that they had our payment through the portal and we had ordered for an event. They suggested us to go elsewhere and they could take care of us there. Frustrated already since they didn’t refund our money we went to a riverton location and they said they are not able to do that type of transaction. Our event had already counted the pizza to be there and it has already been paid so we were adamant to get something. The riverton finally agreed they would make the pizza due to the lack of communication from this little Caesar location. Riverton location, I hope you guys get compensated for giving us the pizza that the south Jordan failed to do.
For you readers don’t order from the portal.
For managers or employees of this location Caesar, you will be losing business with a lot of customers if you keep this up. If you don’t communicate there will be No business for you guys, no paycheck for the employees and no money for your rent or whatever you rely on these days. I hope this...
Read moreWe ordered 28 pizzas for our daughter's day care. We couldn't do it online, so we called and spoke to the manager, to schedule delivery and make sure the order could be met the day before. We expressed the importance of the pizzas being delivered on time, cause the 2-3 year Olds eat first, and at a certain time. The manager was made aware and told us there would be no problems. The next morning we even called to confirm, and make sure pizzas would be delivered at said time. We were told there would be no problem. 20 minutes past the delivery time the daycare called, and the pizzas weren't there. We called, and spoke to the manager again, and we're told the pizzas were sitting there waiting for doordash. We never ordered doordash, and thought they were delivering the pizzas, actually we made this abundantly clear. They then said they would deliver the pizzas, and the pizzas were finally delivered 45 minutes late. By then all the kids had ate. They were expecting the pizza, so they had to rush to prepare food for the children. We spent over $200 for a order we were promised would be delivered on time, and received no call for an apology, no discount, not a single word, the manager didn't even call us at all. If we could give zero stars we would. ...
Read moreI’m a local influencer in Utah and got an offer from Little Caesars to redeem my offer (buy one pizza get a free crazy bread) at this location. My family and I love Little Caesars and only get our pizza from here. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the greatest at this partitular location. I understand that restaurants and fast food places get very busy. I’ve been there and I know how it is. I used to be a server in a very well know restaurant for a long time. But I believe that no matter how stressful and crazy the work place gets, you should still be professional and kind in the way you treat others. It gives people the desire to come back, right? You could tell they weren’t having a good time and that they rather be somewhere else. And the customer in line in front of me wasn’t the nicest to the cashier; that’s not fair either. I was still patient and kind to the girl who helped me. Because I’ve been in her shoes. I just wish she would’ve greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I felt a little despised by her. No hard feelings towards her though. I only encourage the manager to recognize and motivate the employees, make them feel like their work is valued, and maybe hire some extra help. Keep up the great work with the best delicious...
