I wish this location was better because it’s so close to home.. But unfortunately I think it’s probably the worst location. I hesitate writing reviews but someone in management desperately needs to know how bad this location is doing. I’d say their customer service is less than lacking, but that implies they have some customer service to begin with. Every time I physically go into that location I am never greeted by any of the employees that work there. I can be standing right in front of the counter a couple feet from an employee and they won’t even look up to acknowledge that I am there. They all pretend to busy and purposefully try to avoid eye contact. This evening I decided to go through the drive thru on my way home and yet again I am left regretting my decision. The drive thru line was a little long but I wasn’t bothered, I was in a nice warm car. When I got to the order screen to give my order the lady taking my order was very short and seemed impatient and annoyed. I ended up having to repeat my order a couple times to ensure it was correct on both ends so I didn’t think to double check the order when I got it. The lady in the window seemed rushed and kind of shoved my food at me through the window. I then asked for some soy sauce packets and she literally threw the packets at me and rushed off. I thought it was an odd encounter and drove off home, food in hand. When I arrived home I was dividing out food and that’s when I noticed the wrong order. I quickly checked the receipt to check if it was rung up correctly and the entire order on the receipt resembled nothing like what we ordered. I tried to contact them by phone to let them know that they had gotten our order wrong, but after waiting for some one to pick up the other end I was disappointed again when the phone got answered and then immediately hung back up. So I’m left here with food I payed for and never received, and no way to contact the store without having to driving back over. Read moreI have mixed feelings about my visit to this location on 5/5. I was going to place an order online, but when I started to place it, around 7:40 pm, it said it wouldn't be ready until 8:06 pm. I figured I'd risk the wait & try the drive through. I was ordering for 3 people, so 3 of the "bigger plates". On one of the orders, orange chicken was supposed to be in it, but we got teriyaki chicken instead & that doesn't even compare to orange chicken in any way, shape or form. Another of our orders was supposed to have the 3rd item be 2 veggie egg rolls, but those were completely missing, even though I was charged for them. Oddly enough though, the receipt was mostly correct. But instead of the additional 2 sides of cream cheese rangoons I ordered being put on the receipt, they put down "chicken egg rolls" which yes, the price is the same, but if the receipt isn't right, how can my order ever be correct
Before getting home & realizing we were missing pieces of the order & that the order was partially wrong, I was surprised at how fast the drive through was, which is great if your order is right. The first bag of food was bagged fine, but the second bag I was handed had the takeout boxes put into the bag on their sides and even handed to me on their sides, leaving the food leaking everywhere. That in itself sucks. but was made worse cause this was the bag that had cutlery, soy sauce, fortune cookies & my receipt so everything was sticky.
In general the food was actually really good, it was all hot & seemed to be fresh, but there is MUCH work to be done on how they put food in bags as well as making sure the receipt is correct, so that orders stay correct. Attention to correct orders in general needs work. This is a location that works great for us & we will probably visit again but if the ordering & packaging is this bad again, we will go out of our way to try a...
Read moreI often have issues at this location, but it's the closest and most convenient to my home. My orders are consistently wrong, with missing items, and the staff doesn't seem to care or apologize. So, this time I decided to pick up my order in person. Despite receiving a text that it was ready, it wasn't when I arrived. They said they were still making the teriyaki chicken, which took 15-20 minutes. When I checked my order, two items were missing, and instead of half rice & half noodles, they gave me all noodles or all vegetables I should say because there were hardly any noodles. The order receipt that was taped on the plates was right for each item, but they still got it wrong. One plate was missing the short ribs. I informed the manager (black shirt) he said. oh okay let me get that for you. He came back and said the cooks told him that the ribs were still frozen and asked if I wanted something else, so I settled for the shrimp. There was no apology or attempt to make it right. My order was supposed to be ready at 8 pm, but I left 30 minutes later. This location's unacceptable service is sadly the norm. The staff doesn't care, and the management is terrible. Addressing order issues feels like an inconvenience to them. It appears that there may be a lack of attention or concern from their executives or top management. I have noticed numerous complaints from several years ago that continue to persist without any visible improvements being made.
