Love this store. The Red Balloon Toy store in general but really specifically THIS store. I specificallydrive from Utah County to shop this store becauseof the customer service. Every time I go in if I am not sure what I am looking for the staff will ask me questions about my kids or who I am looking to buy for and help me find just what I need in the price range I am looking to stay in. If I just want to browse they let do that too without any pressure. The staff is always friendly. They almost always remember to ask me if I am part of the Toy Club to make sure I am getting the best deals as I often forget. My mom and I hit this store EVERY black friday as it is an absolute must for Christmas shopping. Love that the store has everything for ages baby to dinosaur. If they are out of something that I would like they will see if another local store has it or even if the website has it and help me with the best way to get the item....

What an amazing fun and interesting toy store for all ages including parents. They have unique-fun and one of a kind games, puzzles for various ages, educational projects, girls and boys hands on activities, just about everything is under the sun at this store.

Mobil legos, dinosaur 🦕 and animal collectible figurines, super fun games for 2-3-4 year olds.

The store has good lighting, organize and clean, friendly store clerks and cashier; it's inviting once step foot in there. Spent an hour and a half in the store, checked out many items on shelves. There's a big green model dinosaur 🦕 with toy fabric snakes wrapped around the wooden display jungle.

My daughter and I went for the grand welcoming for Schleich toys! They had a great selection and the staff was super inviting and were able to answer our questions. I love how open the floor plan was and how much calico critters assortment they had! They also have something for all ages literally one stop shop for a birthday or Christmas. Even I found something I liked here! There’s plenty of parking surrounding the store right outside and it’s kid friendly some hands on stuff so they don’t get bored just looking. I’ve always felt like all Red Balloon toy stores had shelves at kid level and kid friendly shopping atmosphere like the old Mom & Pop stores I grew up with in Santa Monica so it just brings me back to my...
