I have been going to red rock brewery ever since I moved to Park City 5 years ago. It has been one of my favorite places to enjoy food, beer, and great service. I have gotten to know the managers and lots of the staff. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. While we were waiting for a table to we went to the bar to get some drinks the bartender never saw us and walked by us 4 times. My husband tried to flag him down. We waited at the bar for about 5 minutes. Never received service. Our pager went off so we can be seated. We were seated outside where we sat and waited for a long time for anybody to come an wait on us. I knew the manager on duty so I went to go and talk to Amanda to see if we could get some service. She was very nice and apologized to us that nobody came. She was more than willing to help us out. She ordered our drinks and food. Unfortunately my husbands beer was flat when he received it. One of the food runners came out with out appetizer and we asked her if we can get someone to come out and talk to us. Once again no sign of our server and the Manager Amanda came back out and got us a new beer and once again she apologized for everything. It awhile for our food to come out a Cobb salad and a Ruben. Still no sign of our server. After we ate I went and found the manager (Amanda) to let her know that we have no idea who are server was and we were ready to pay for the check. She once again apologized for how bad we have been treated and gave us 30% off our bill. What pushed it over the top was as we were walking out of the restaurant some guy came running after us and accused us of walking out and not paying the bill. When I walked back in to talk to Amanda to see what was going on she told me that the guy was supposedly our server who we never saw and accused us of ditching the bill. This time there was no apologies for the mix up. This was the worst dinning experience we...
Read moreWell I came here with my family on a Sunday afternoon, it was a little busy but not by any means out of control or extremely busy. My family and I absolutely love this place usually and we have a good friend visiting with us so we thought we would bring him to one of our favorite food places. I have never had a bad experience here until this one Sunday. We came in and got seated quickly which was nice. Also the hostess was very kind and friendly. Once we got to our table we sat down and greeted by our waitress, Ravin. She was not friendly by any stretch and made it seem like this was the very last place she wanted to be. She asked us what drinks we wanted and we responded and the drinks came but unfortunately one of the drinks I wanted was unavailable. Though it is inconvenient it's not a huge deal, the world will continue on. However when we were ordering our second choices One of the members of the party was calling the drink by the wrong name, there was some confusion. However she did not try to figure or what we wanted in a friendly or helpful manner. She merely gave us a blank stare making us feel dumb and incompetent. That was very off-putting because we had never had a waitress like this before here. We brushed it off and continued our dining experience. We waited for about 10 minutes for her to return so she could maybe get an appetizer started however she never came and once she did we just ordered our food. When I asked for a reccomendation she responded with great options but once again was so unfriendly and almost careless. She told one of the members of our party she would bring a refill however it has been 10 minutes. The entire experience overall put a sour taste in my mouth and makes me not want to come back. The waitress ruined the experience for the entire party. Though I have never had an issue with the amazing food the service is just important part of the...
Read moreMy fabulous nurse recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Great food! Nice service! We ordered the Mozzarella Wedges. They were large and the sauce was delicious. The middle of the wedge wasn't as done as the edges, but still good. My niece ordered the Red Rock Burger with fries. She enjoyed it being in a pita pocket. She also said she would definitely order it again. The fries are like homemade potato chips and it was the first time she had these. I tried a couple for myself and felt they tasted pretty good, morelike fries than chips as they were cut thicker. The one thing she would change is the onions. They are the same that came in my sandwich so an onion soup type of onion. It wasn't her thing. I ordered the French Onion Steak with French Onion Soup. The sandwich was one of the best I have ever had! It was really large so I brought half home and can't wait to reheat. If I had one comment, maybe salt and pepper the steak a little. The soup was delicious, but I would pair it with another side as the aus jus with the sandwich would most likely settle the craving for the soup or vice versa. I also as usual people watch while waiting. Everyone seemed happy. Seemed like a great atmosphere for date night or dinner with friends. Noticed a lot ordered from alcohol menu so I imagine they had some good stuff. Also heard my server give the table next to us plenty of good suggestions. Speaking of him, he was nice and friendly. Again, my pictures are after we dug in.
Side note: I currently use a wheelchair. I'm going to add ease of use. Most hosts or hostesses when seeing us coming will help with door and moving chairs to make it easier for me. They didn't here. Not a negative as my niece and I can get it, but it does help when staff are...
