Update: I received text messages on my cell phone from said manager, Tanner (who writes fake reviews for this store), who told me it was "not cool of me to throw him under the bus on a google review." He then explained that he would not allow my husband or myself to come in his shop because they do not want to help someone who gave them a bad review. We handled everything on the phone with AT&T corporate, don't waste your time with this franchise!!!! Save the headache and stay away! Stay away at all costs. My husband and I switched to a joint plan here 10 days ago, and have been AT&T customers for over 14 years. Where to begin... we had a really nice man who promised us the world and said our plan was good to go. Fast forward to 5 days later and I can no longer get into our account because this man mixed someone else's SSO with our account. Not even sure how that is legal. We then went back to get things fixed and were told they can't fix it. We asked about the credits we were given when we opened the "new account" and we were told they no longer have them. Now, Tanner the manager is texting me that he can't do anything for me and somehow doesn't have the number for this franchise owner so that I can call them to resolve this issue with upper management. We are doing everything in our power to leave AT&T after this and are thousands of dollars in the hole for their screw up. I have never had such a bad customer...
   Read moreWent in August to switch to First Net. I was told the watch was on promotion by Kurtis and Anton but that the credit would be applied after a couple months. That was fine. I wouldnât have gotten the watch. The credit was never applied. The store manger said he couldnât do anything but I needed to call ATT. I did for several months. They always said they would fix the bill. Iâve been told someone would call me back but I always had to call them. Itâs now January and they never fixed the bill. Now today with ATT, I was told the store told me wrong and that the watch was never under promotion. ATT said the store is the only place that can fix it. The store told me in October that they couldnât do anything. Do not believe these employees Kurtis and Anton. Hopefully they read this and will get a guilty conscious for misleading. Or at the least honor their word. Iâve never asked for any free stuff and Iâve been yanked around since August. Absolutely, no accountability between this store and ATT.    Read moreCame in to try and trade in an IPhone 11 for a IPhone 13. Upon arrival I was told to âwait a momentâ while the worker proceeded to finish her Starbucks drink and continue watching TikTok. She finally put her phone aside after about 5 minutes, and asked me what I needed help with. After telling her what questions I had she asked me what storage option my iPhone 11 had. I ordered the phone when they first came out so I didnât remember. Rather than helping me find it she proceeded to grab my phone out of my hands and do it herself, swiping out of the IMessage conversation I was in. I then had to repeat myself that I wanted to trade it in and what the price would be. I got no answer, instead I was asked what it was worth. I do not work in the phone business so I have no clue. After I told her this she said âwe do not have any iPhones in store, you should just go to a different locationâ this store needs major staffing changes. I will not return to this AT&T store ever again and strongly advise anyone with AT&T to steer clear of this location. Or at a bare minimum do not accept service from the hispanic lady...
