This store has a really nice selection of items, though they need to be better organized. I had to wander to 3 different sections of the store to find an acrylic organizer that would work for what I needed. The main reason for only 1 star is because of the woman at the checkout. She's an older woman with short grey hair who didn't seem to know the store very well. When I showed her an e-gift card I had she said that it wasn't valid and couldn't be used in store. Not only did she not even try to use the code that I had, but she didn't even contact someone who might know how to handle it. I had to go over to the TJ Maxx to have them put the money onto a physical card and then go back to the Home Goods to buy my item. This experience makes me not want to shop...

Have never had a problem till now. I missed places my recipe but had my visa card recipes that the store does not except as I found out. I couldn't even return the items back to my visa as there system can't do that. I Called the 800 # and got a very rude customer service person that reads off a script and doesn't offer any help. I even called back hoping to get someone else. But got the same person and the same amount of rudeness. I even tryed to call corporate there is not a number that gets through. Now I'm stuck with furniture ...

I like this place for sure, it is quite small though and their selection could be better. They do keep it very clean and the staff is always really nice. I wish they had more kid stuff but I’m probably a minority there. Their prices are definitely higher than the tj maxx that’s across the...
