The young woman or old teenager who waited on me wasn't very helpful. I was trying to remember what kind of pretzel I liked and she just grabbed an original and put it in a bag as if that was what she was going to sell me whether I ordered it or not. Then I asked if they had a garlic pretzel and she just flatly said no. I felt a little rushed so I just took what I was given. The original pretzel was dry, cool and a little tough. It was then in the car that I remembered that I used to order an original with garlic salt and a cheese dip. If I hadn't been rushed to place an order I might have taken home something I actually liked although I don't think the quality of the pretzel would have...

I recently visited for the first time ever at this franchise and was left unhappy. I arrived just moments after they opened and ordered the cinnamon rolls, they were warm and not fresh and hot, which I didn’t understand because they had just opened, they also had a very stale taste. I went back seconds later and asked to exchange, I was not able to. I received a refund and placed another order for pepperoni bites, they were better but definitely not what I was expected. I ordered again, the little hot dogs in a bun. These were delicious! My 4 year old & I loved them. They are not my fav and probably the only thing I’ll ever really eat from this place. Was in here today. An African American girl with blue hair dropped some pretzel bites on the floor, literally picked them up and put them in the cup to give to a customer who wasn't paying attention! I called her out on it and she was very hostile. The person I assume was the manager made it seem like it wasn't a big deal! The would be customer thanked me for seeing that. I was beyond grossed out and there are serious health concerns with that. Will never go here again. The way blue hair girl was talking to people was the worst type of customer service i had ever seen before. Avoid like the plague unless u like eating pretzels that fall on...
