If I could put no stars I would. I have had multiple HORRIBLE experiences with this place, but this is the first time I have complained because I had high hopes there would be improvements between my visits. The first two times I went through the drive thru and when I politely told them my order was wrong (on both occasions) the first time my drink was snatched from me and the second the window shut in my face. Neither of these events ended in apology from the employees. Today, I took my son in for breakfast and ordered my usual. An Iced Lite Vanilla Latte with 3 splendas. The first employee had absolutely no enthusiasm about her and acted as if she hated the world. When I received my drink I took a sip and it was so bitter I had to rush to the nearest trash can to spit it out. When I told the young lady it tasted like a bitter pill, another employee said she would make it. When I received that one it tasted the same. So I politely suggested their coffee was old or maybe too strong. After the second employee huffed that "they both made it the same way and it isn't good enough for that lady" to the manager very loudly where everyone could hear, I simply asked if I could just have my money back so I could get my son to school since we were there for 20 minutes. She then took my card back, and threw it back on the counter after a refund. Not one apology. Read moreI was at this location on 3/21/2025 at 7:49 am and received awful service. All I wanted was a hot coffee. When I pulled into the parking lot the line was out to the street, after sitting in the line for a minute and seeing that they were taking an order then waiting for that customer to receive that order before taking the next person in line. I then decided to go park and go inside. Bad mistake. When I got up to the counter as no customer was in line I stood there for a minute before someone said we will be right with you. Then after waiting and seeing employees just standing there or stocking cups that were already stocked someone finally offered to take my order. All I ordered was a hot coffee with cream and sugar. Another customer came in and ordered her drink after I had already ordered mine and got hers before I did. I just stood there waiting on my drink to come up and after another 5 minutes my drink was finally made. They gave me my drink and as I was walking out I could hear one of the employee saw awl she didn't get her coffee quick enough to another employee. Let's just say I will not be returning to...

Used to be decent... I mean it IS dunkin donuts! Went down fast. Truly sucks. Was a great place to get a late night sip. Then they started being open one day and closed the next . Finally they gave up on night business, maybe because their staff never shows up. Multiple times in broad daylight they have the doors locked because staff didn't show. Mismanagement signs. Maybe this location should be bought by someone who cares. Not to mention the food. Never have any selection and bake pastries too slowly. Lastly, they have not been trained on their own Perks program. Never know how to ring anything. Don't carry honey or any alternative add ins. This a lazy excuse for a coffee and donut shop, what should be a booming business in this area. That's why Starbucks is on top. They at least provide customer service and care about business and reputation. They get it and you guys don't. They'll be around when you guys won't. And I'll happily pay more for better...
