Food was good but can't give five stars because customer service is not so good. Perhaps Raising Cane's need to designate seating for employees when they are on break. I saw employess , refusing or reluctantly moving so families could sit at table insilde. i saw a family of 5 at table /bench area , the mom, went to get drinks, when she came back she asked two of employees could they please move over so she could sit by her family. At first they ignored her, then one of them , started to get up but the other said , just scoot over. They barely gave the mom any room, then another employee , flat out refused to let a family four of for sit down because she was on break and she alone occupied and entire table bench that seated 4 to 5 people. One of the family members were disabled too. It was very disturbing to me because here bar stool like chair available the staff could use, all be it, I'm sure not as comfortable as benches. When, there are so many customers and a line out the door. customers should be able to sit down. Or at least have a sign , " Staff break area" so customers will not be met with rudeness, by staff just for wanting to sit down inside and eat. Food is good but not if you want to sit down and comfortable eat. i also felt so rushed to eat my food and get out as staff kept coming asking to take my food and tray. " are you finish, are you finish, can I take that" Dang, you see me eating my chicken, can you wait , until you see I am...
Read moreFinally I was brave enough to take the wait time and get in line to order Canes for the first time at this location. I was super excited about getting Canes for the second time with my first time being at the downtown Nashville location on Broadway which was an awesome experience. It was a packed night with Metallica fans coming from the concert plus, it was graduation season so the restaurant was packed. The line moved so swiftly that night in Nashville and the food was soooo….good so that’s what I was expecting at the new Southaven location. However, I was highly disappointed. The food wasn’t at all what I expected. The tenders wasn’t juicy, fries were soggy and I received extra warm cole slaw. To go along with a 35 minute drive thru wait. I have no complaints on service the food is was was disappointing and not up to the expectations and taste that I experienced when at the Nashville location. Maybe when the hype dies down I will give the Southaven location another shot only because the experience at the Nashville location...
Read moreBlandest food I’ve ever had. Chicken is just floured. Zero. I mean ZERO seasoning. Not even salt or pepper. Breading is super thin and falls off each piece. Fries are small bits of unseasoned crinkle cuts. Toast has zero butter and is dry and crumbly. Sauce has too much Worcestershire. I can’t say I’ll ever drive further down Goodman and pass zaxbys to come here. They season their chicken and fries there. This place LITERALLY only had chicken tenders on the menu so you’d think they’d be stellar. Way too much hype for this place. Zaxbys and Guthrie’s for life. Employees also spent the entire time yelling at the top of their lungs from the kitchen even though they were all 2 feet away from each other. This is one of those places TikTok video says is good so everyone blindly accepts...
