Honestly one star is too much, I have never had such a showing of incompetence in my life, I had to spend over 45 minutes in the drive-thru to get two burritos while there were only 2 people in line in front of me. I was waiting over 20 minutes at the window to pick up my food. Literally I just sat there waiting for the "staff" to stop just talking. The worst part is the literal scamming they did. I ordered a Monterey and Ranchero Burrito. I asked if they would substitute, emphasis on substitute, the Monterey cheese to Cheddar cheese and substitute, again emphasis on that, the Steak in the Ranchero Burrito. They ended up charging me extra for both the cheese and the meat but gave me neither. This place literally stole from me. Never once was I updated by the "staff" telling me why I was waiting so long. So yeah I would seriously give negative...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting and over priced! Can anyone tell me how a bean and cheese burrito $7.99 ends up being $9.97??? The tax didn’t add up. Not only was it disgusting with watered down refried pinto beans but the salsa had a horrifying taste i can’t even describe. I do not recommend this location. This has been by far the worst Beto’s I’ve ever had. I can tell you I’ve been here several times ordering different items hoping it’ll be better but it has disappointed me every time from chile verde to sopes to burritos to rolled tacos to street tacos to enchiladas, I can keep going… just yuck yuck yuck! I decided to go with something simple like a bean and cheese burrito. If they can’t even get that right that can’t get anything right. You can go and see for yourself or just avoid the pain staking taste...
Read moreI was super excited when I heard Betos was coming to Spanish Fork, however since they have opened, I find myself still driving to Springville for food.
The Spanish Fork location is very hit and miss on the quality of the food. Either it tastes the way it should or it's been cold or super dry.
I get the same three things when I go, and it's easy to see when they are off their game.
I haven't stopped eating at this location completely yet, because it's super close to where I work, and live.
There is one thing I've noticed that's a little odd, they don't seem to have air conditioning in the building. During the winter it's freezing cold in the lobby, in the summer it was unbearably hot. There is also a strong smell of what I assume is sewage. It's not a pleasure to eat at this...
