Floriberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Spanish Fork

Once apon a time me and some friends came in later on at night to this 24 hour burrito heaven, late night gaming and just about the only food place open. One girl sitting on her phone, no big deal, mostly ignoring us but whatever, I'm an easy going guy, it was pretty slow. Ordered for 6. waited 25 min, no big deal as there was only two or three people Working three more people came in and we had a group, ordered their food, we watched them... they did not run off with 8 burritos... 20 min later... They left... I Walked up wondering at this point, 45 min in what was going on. Lady told me we got our food already.... Ummm yeah... like we would wait around for close to an hour after eating just for fun.... she argued with us, for another 15 minutes... At this point we were starting to get preety aggravated. They finally agreed to actually make the food we paid for after we sat patiently for close to an hour, not sure how you mess up 6 orders unless you're sitting on your phone the whole time. Took another 25 minutes. The whole ordeal ended up taking over an hour and a half. And each 5 dollar burrito was small enough for me to touch my thumb and index finger together while holding it Thanks for ruining our night by your spectacular incompetence, and your 5 dollar dildo sized burritos. I've literally never had a worse experience anywhere. One of my friends got so mad bless his soul he accidentally dumped a full horchata on the table. Well you know what, 6 months later I decided hey, maybe they got better staff, I'll try it out again... nope... another dildo sized burrito... for 5 bucks... Thhhannks guys. All it takes is regular decent human interaction and reasonable sized meal and I'm happy, but somehow you hire the dumbest most disrespectful skags of the universe. Jolly good times. The people there are very friendly. In fact, the girl at the window and I have great report. I am not the type of person that you would imagine going to Betos (etc), but husband has been a long time lover since he was a kid and got me into it. Now, I am a connoisseur. As far as taste goes, you are fine, but if you go to the Center street Orem Beto's then hit this one, at least anytime over the last two years ( I live in Spanish Fork and I sometimes get too desperate or lazy), you will be quite depressed. The Center in Orem, followed by 1600 N, has the biggest burritos, being easily 3x the size of Floriberto's - so much so, that it is hard to feel as though you aren't being cheated. So here is the rundown in order of food as far as the one's we find ourselves going past and frequenting, for what it's worth: Orem Center 1600 N Cross Roads Redwood Road/Smith's Walmart in Saratoga Springs area Springville Spanishfork

I usually only write a negative review if I feel strongly about it, I, for the last few times I have been here, have been able to wrap my forefinger and thumb around it and touch - breaking the whole tradition of a Beto's-type place which is getting yourself stuffed in the middle of the night on one burrito. Center street will feed both my husband and I, and is the size of my upper arm.

I think I have said enough lol, it's just annoying. But it doe taste the same, the service is delightful, you just get maybe 1/4 of what you'd get in Orem, and 1/3 of what you'd get in...

I normally dont review but I decided to open reviews about floribertos and the first one I read was about the disappointment in the breakfast burrito. All potatoes. I want to confirm I had a similar experience. I bought 3 breakfast burritos. 2 bacon and one bacon and ham. They had next to no meat. All potatoes. A little bit of eggs and cheese. The mixed had a couple pieces of ham and no bacon. And the bacon's had no bacon. We were already home with them so we didn't go back to complain. So fair warning. The sign that says under new management which means we learned how to make a cheaper burrito by taking out the meat and adding a lot of cheap potatoes. This place won't last. Will drive to Springville for my next Betos...
