The store is really fun with unique booths, like going to a craft fair. Prices seemed fair.
Service not very friendly. We had a handful of small items that would have fallen through the gaps in the cart, so we asked if we could leave them at the counter. They seemed reluctant and put off. There were a whole two other people in the store so it's not as if they are busy. Would be helpful if they had a small bowl or little basket for small items as you peruse the store - they could get 10-15 bowls from the dollar store and offer them if they really have no process for holding them at the counter.
As they were scanning our items, they came across a wooden treasure and stated there was no price tag. So, I walked back through the store to get another so they could scan it, luckily there was one left.
While I was getting it, they commented to my sister that if I couldn't find another, they couldn't sell it, as the seller wouldn't get credit for the purchase.
Anyway, they scanned the one I brought up. We paid and left.
Once in the car, my sister looked over her receipt and discovered one of the second items scanned was, in fact, the wooden item with "no tag".
Had to go back in to get a refund. Frustrating. I feel like they could do better for their vendors and...
Read moreI couldn't wait for this store to open! My sister and I had so much fun browsing through all of the privately owned booths. There were still many open booths to be rented out and filled with new goodies. You won't be disappointed here. They have something for everyone. I bought a cute book bag, candle, stickers to put on my tumbler, and some yummy smelling lotion. Oh, and my sister's purse accidentally hit a breakable jar. Someone came running down the aisle to see what broke. The employee picked up the glass and told my sister that the store policy is , if you break something you have to pay 50% of the price of the item you broke. We'll thank God it was only a $10.00 item. So just be careful of your...
Read moreExtremely rude employees, overpriced wholesale items that you can find anywhere, nothing is unique. Side note - NEVER LEASE A BOOTH AT PAINTED TREE! I have a cousin who leased a booth at one of the locations and never got her deposit back!! HUGE SCAM! She made her booth look perfect, did the walk through and was promised the deposit back in person. She only got a small portion of the deposit back without any explanation. She even had a before and after video/picture of the booth. It looks 10x better AFTER she moved out. Only a matter of time they get sued. They will eventually go out of business.
Look at the parking lot and how many people actually shop at these stores.. very little. There’s...
