Well, I guess we were just pressing our luck with visiting a third time to eat lunch after dining in the first two times and had a pleasurable experience. The food was awesome and the service was the same way. We appreciate it our kind and humorous server was Rus, not only was he funny he was also very attentive to our experience so after two good experiences and the best darn pizza I have ever had we decided to try again, but It was a mistake although our first server Rus was not there that day we still had decent service, but the food was not good and very unacceptable. The pizza we ordered was the same one that we had previously ordered but this time the dough was raw and not good. not knowing this at first my son wolfed down a piece of pizza because he was still waiting on his chicken Alfredo to arrive, and after I took one bite I noticed that the pizza dough was very raw and gross so we sent it back, not wanting a replacement, and finally my son‘s order arrived, and he mentioned that it also did not taste the same as previous experiences. The noodles were hard and the chicken was cold, but being a young teenager he ate it anyways then we also noticed that his meal didn’t come with the standard breadsticks like it had previously so we asked our waitress about it and she said oh yes I seen them sitting up there so I’ll go grab them but she brought them to us anyways so we proceeded to try them. To our discus There was hair on the plate under the breads we then decided not to eat them and called our server back to show her. In the meantime, I excused myself to go wash up in the restroom. That was also a bad experience not only was the restroom, gross and dirty the full length mirror was broken down the middle, and looked like it was ready to fall out onto the counter not to mention the water and soap that I used was also gross. They made my hands feel greasy and not clean so after that, we got ready to leave and they still charged us for the horrible meal that my son ate so now later that evening into the next day, my son experienced a really bad stomach pain so we don’t know if it was the undercooked pizza or the noodles but we will never be back there again and we will be sharing the bad experience with all our friends and family. I would highly recommend not going here! It’s such a shame because Russ...
Read moreSecond update: I was told to contact them via email, which I did, and was told I'd hear from the restaurant soon regarding this issue. That was over 2 weeks ago, and still no one's contacted me. It goes to prove they truly don't care much about the situation.
UPDATE: My family's been up all night do to getting super sick from the food. Extremely disappointing.
Absolutely terrible experience. The chicken was so insanely dry, my fork didn't even want to go through it. I had to force it through the chicken. Bad the broccoli in my food was both raw, And super cold I'm the middle. My kids mac and cheese was so cold, that the cheese thickened and made it inedible They remade it, but our kids had to add ketchup to it to make it taste decent even then, and Still didn't even finish half. The bacon wrapped steak skewers were so dry and bland. Who knew bacon could be so bland. And for $18, for eight itty bitty bland and dry bacon wrapped steak bites.. even the sauce they gave to dip it and was bland, it didn't help out the appetizer whatsoever. We came here way before covid-19 and we had a great time, but now it's an absolute joke. I absolutely do not recommend. Worst $110 I have ever spent. What. A. Joke. I think a more reasonable price for this bs would be maybe $40. It was BAD. And our waitress had the audacity to pat herself on the back for remaking the kids mac and cheese at the end in an attempt to get make a tip instead of maybe apologizing for the terrible service. If I could rate 0 stars, I...
Read moreMy family went to Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar in the Spokane Valley on Saturday, May 4, 2024. My wife ordered the habanero mango chicken sandwich and I got the penne pasta with grilled chicken. Our kids ordered off the children’s menu with my daughter opting for the burger and fries while my son got the chicken nuggets and fries. When it comes to the food itself, I would say it was overall good. My pasta tasted decent and I really liked the bread it came with. My wife said her sandwich was good and my children were happy with their meals.
I would say the prices are a tad on the high side (but again, just a tad). The children’s menu appears to be a good deal with the meals starting at $7 and including a drink but many of the kids meals aren’t $7 and you have to pay extra for sides. You can order a pasta bowl for $14 which is very affordable but if you add any protein to it or you get one of their featured pastas it will run you a least $18-$20. For the portion size and the overall quality (which is good but not great), I just wouldn’t rate the overall value as excellent.
The restaurant itself has seen better days. It is outdated. The service? It was awesome. I think our server was the manager on duty and we really appreciated her attentiveness, accuracy, and pleasant demeanor. There are worse places to go...
