Wendy's — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

4s are the highest I go for most any rating because I reserve that 5th star for those rare, but well liked, "Exceptional" or off the charts, "Awesome". "Above and Beyond/Crazy Good" reviews.

My tummy said, "its lunch time, where's a BK so I can have an Impossible Whopper...?"

Hubby pointed to Wendy's, saying, "its that or McDonald's unless you want to heat leftovers at home"

Literally, only 2 people inside eating, we went up to place orders but were informed "still serving breakfast". A bit surprised, as my body clock was a couple hrs ahead of the day but decided after I saw no options for burgers for vegetarians... I ordered the 1st breakfast option I saw.

My bacon and egg (yes, bacon is how it comes. Sometimes its just easier to go with the flow) biscuit came with cheese on it but no condiments, I opted for my potato wedges that came with the meal and decided I could have just gotten a LG order if wedges and been quite content. Very flavorful (but not too salty) and because there was little grease spotting the paper liner, I'd guess it was some sort of "Air Fried" with soft and moist potato wedged and seasoned perfectly that I could eat for breakfast AND lunch EVERY Day (maybe).

Although the sandwich wasn't on a croissant and had no condiments for moisture I finally decided to bite into it, and it was actually perfectly made, not too dry not too moist, the egg, bacon and cheese weren't any of those fakes, they were the real deals, and it too went down rather fast. But, I loved every last bite of it (my moment of meat eaters weakness for the year)

I will probably Never give Wendy's a 5 star review as long as they stay with McDonald's and dont offer decent options for us that don't want to eat an...

I went there with no real expections, but when I was waiting at the second window I noticed that they started serving out the first window, so I look at the employees and this 40-50 yr old women comes over and asks me if I had a question and I told her I was wondering why people behind me where getting served first? That's when the young girl working the window say sorry we are just waiting on your chicken. I have worked fast food I know how it works, that cleared up everything she said sorry all good. But than the older lady continues to go on about how I looked "peeved" and then proceeded to blame the young girl for not telling me and tells her she should have told me about my food and than tells me how she is new to the window and doesn't know what to do, and leaves. Now the young girl hands me the food and again apologize, and I tell her you did fine I was just wondering why and you answered me and everything was okay. Than the older lady comes back and interjects about how again this young girl was inexperienced, and I stop her and I form her that what she was doing is worse than the young girls mistake, and she shouldn't keep going on about it. Than another women comes over and also tried to help out something that should have already been done with. This made me feel awk and uncomfortable and bad for the young girl. The older lady thought she was helping but really was unprofessional to me repeatedly calling me "peeved" and rude to the young girl in front of me the customer acting like she was doing me a favor it was just a...

My wife and I live just down the street from here and we visit the drive thru here occasionally, we went through tonight in fact 1/23/2023 just before 9:00 pm, and you have the most unfriendly people working the windows... I remember back when I worked fast food, you had to be friendly and smile and have a little conversation with the guests who visited the store. The guy at the first window didn't even respond when I greeted him, and asked him how he was doing tonight. And then when I received my order at the 2nd window, the girl didn't say a word as she handed me my food, until after I said thank you... now forgive me if I'm wrong but shouldn't your employees be thanking me for doing business there and keeping them employed? Just as I should be thanking them for making my meal and getting my drink.... Sadly this is not the first time the service has been so terrible, this is just the first time I finally decided to write a review about it. Please do better, you owe it to yourselves and your customers to do better... also the burger from the 4 for 4 deal was cold, like it had been sitting for...
