McDonald's — Restaurant in Spokane

The chick with the blue dreads was RUDE, after my order was paid for she tried charging me for 2 items i did not order and she was in he middle of making them also. I ordered 2 carmel sundays not carmel frappe's. Then after i told her i did not want those frappe's she got mad an was talking about myself an my guest. Then got mad at the other worker whom was trying to help by getting those carmel sundays of which we already had. Then we finally get our food an the fries were cold and the nuggets were stale as if they were sitting under the heat lamp or something. Then as we were in the middle of eating our food, i realized i did not get my drink. As i approach the counter i see the blue dreadlocked hair lady whispering to another employee just as im to the counter and she realizes its me an that they forgot my drink an messed up my order and btw the drink she forgot was not what i ordered. It was watered down old soda. Tis place is a disgrace for ALL mcdonalds. NOT SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULDNT...

How could you do this to a deaf person like me? Why didn't you say something before it was too late?! Well, thanks a lot for wasting my money💵 & time☹💝💝😝😝❤! Apparently, I choose that deal on my McDonald's phone app on my phone which says "Buy a Medium or Large McCafé beverage, Get One for $0.01!", so I ordered a large Mango-Pineapple smoothie & a large Strawberry-Banana smoothie & then when it was time to pay & to my shock, the total cost to pay was $16.09!...WHAT?!?! So, I looked at the receipt & I explained to them & guess what they said to me?! They said that it's for iced coffee only?! Uh...no...you're 100% wrong! Because I ordered those smoothies on McDonald's phone app & of course they are a part of McCafé menu! I hella got upset & started yelling at them saying that they should have told me that when I was ordering! Thank you very much for not saying anything which definitely wasted my money💵 & time! I wasted $12.00...

I know there is a tremendous homeless situation and organizations are doing what they can but this area is a trap for being shaken down by homeless for food, money or what have you (I get their dilemma but c'mon now). Another issue for this location is the dad-gone traffic and backup as this is a McDonald's attached to the filling station. The I-90 ramp towards Seattle is here so it a really congested area, unless you are hitting this location at non-peak hours your likely going to have a less than appealing experience. If you can get in and out quick then it's not a bad location, the food is pretty well standard for McDonald's quality (let's face it, you don't go for the quality, you go for expectation, a quick bite that hit's the spot for your hunger).
