Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Spokane

update 5/20/22 THIS STORE IS AMAZING!!! I messed up my online order somehow so I called the store to tell them that the pizza wasn't made how I'd intended to make it. Not only did they redo the pizza but they redid the whole thing to my 6-year-old's preference since the pizza we got came out all vegetarian instead of half vegetarian, half pep and sausage, instead they made an entire mushroom, olive, pepperoni, sausage stuffed crust. I had told them that my daughter didn't get to go to her whole spring fling at her school because it started to rain more than just a few drops... DUDE!! They just called me back and asked if they could send us a treat as well and what treat we wanted. THIS STORE Y'ALL!!! This store will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your order. If I could give more than 5 stars to add to my previous review, I WOULD! They would get TEN stars!!! Thank you to my local store, I wish you continued success, keep up the wonderful customer service!

Hit up the website to post my order about 4:30 this afternoon. It was literally JUST before their dinner rush. The driver was late, but when I was checking on it, he had left 5 minutes before my call and was at my place a few minutes after. When I put my order in it was about a 3-45 min wait time, when it got to me, according to Pizzahut.com, they were at a 60-75 minute wait time.

My order was pretty spot on, although much later in the evening (about 10 or so during some homework) I realized my order wasn't exactly what I ordered and when I called the store, the manager, although sounding frazzeled, was very sweet, had great customer service, but was willing to fix the mess up and did it pretty swiftly.

Over all, WONDERFUL exp, and I'm glad I moved into the neighborhood. This store is a far cry from the store in my old...

I ordered pizza over the phone and I was told there would be a two hour wait. After waiting two hours and fifteen minutes I called. They directed me to their manager without my asking. I spoke to a Dominique. She said the driver left me a voicemail (he didn’t, though he did call twice but my phone was on silent and when I checked the number on google after I had no idea who called me). He told his boss he couldn’t find the address but that he also rang my doorbell. Those seem like two contradictory statements. I had already paid over $50 on the phone, so I don’t know why if he was at my door like he said, not have left my pizza as a contactless delivery. Our two cars were parked in the driveway. Anyways I haven’t eaten today and waiting on this failure was a letdown. Disappointed Dominique did nothing to make it right. She said they could remake it and it would be there in about 45 minutes. But I just waited two hours and 15 minutes why would I want to wait a total of three hours? And she didn’t offer it on the house after their mess up. Guess we won’t be purchasing from Pizza...

Great pizza large lady was extremely rude. She said she was the Manager went there then she changed her story. Saying she was the assistant. I told her I would leave her a review on the Internet. She threw her towel all mad and waddled away. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with her. . Mean woman. Great pizza as always. Laura was her name. She disguised her name tag so it wasn't readable . This mean woman has probably angered a lot of customers from the way she talks. Even on the phone she was Vichy. So sad Pizza Hut is too good even for her rudeness to ruin. I really hope the real Manager reads this review. And Laura ... you lost my sale that day ! I at a tombstone nowhere near as good but I would not support a mean woman even if pizza...
