UPDATE: since my review below i have ventured back. Every experience since this review has been positive and i feel like they really heard my concern! Thanks starbucks staff!!
This used to be my favorite Starbucks until the staff changes. On my way to my dad's doc appt after he was in the ER this weekend with heart failure. In drive thru and they messed up my drink order. I pulled around and explained. The manager cut me off and when I said it needs to be soy and quad shot she bit my head off. I wasnt sure if they got the right order because she would not repeat if back to me. so I asked if it was soy and quad shot she snapped at me again. So they remade it and I watch the guy use regular milk I asked him if he used soy because I'm highly allergic to milk. He argued telling me straight out he used soy. I took the drink thinking maybe I saw wrong NOPE... so now I'm trying to navigate supporting my dad and the side affects of having dairy in my coffee. What's wrong with people? Read moreMy mother went through the drive through to order a Starbucks Double Shot on Ice. They handed her a doppio espresso on ice instead. Since she was ordering for someone else, she knew it looked wrong, so asked to make sure it was a doubleshot. The barista told her it was. Mistakes happen, however when she brought it back a few min later (b/c it was indeed wrong), rather then apologizing and fixing the mistake, the barista proceeded to talk down to her and tell my mother why she was in the wrong, what she should have done differently, and the inconvenient process of crediting her card, fixing the drink, and then recharging her the correct amount for the new drink would be. She then proceeded to explain what she SHOULD have ordered for it to be correct (wonder of wonders, it was a doubleshot on ice). Mistakes happen in food service. That’s not the issue, but how it was handled is not the standard I would expect for something so minor. Read moreI'm only giving 1 star because my order was correct. This place times you on how long you are in the bathroom. So basically if you need to do #2, and use the restroom for aprox 7 min, you will get a knock on the door "saying it's time to come out". I found out later that it was the manager who did that. I understand this place has a lot of vagrants that prob come in and abuse the place, but im not one of those people. Rude and extremely unprofessional. If you're that phobic about vagrants coming into your establishment, then maybe you need to switch locations or just have a drive thru. 🤷♀️ I won't be back to this location. Also, they need to fix the drive through speaker- came through last week and literally had to repeat my order 5 times before the barista understood what I wanted.. and I literally get the same order at every Starbucks.
