Saturday December 2nd went to the SONICS on West Flamingo ordered three of the chicken pops and the three Quarter which was very good by the way and and due to an electronic error work whatever you want to call it the system charges us an extra $13.50 but just we paid for it here comes young man.MR. My family went to this location after a night of bowling with another family. We had 4 excited kids eager to receive their ice cream. We used the in person ordering machine vs the car port one. We were waiting for our order to be taken for over 20 minutes. While waiting that 20 minutes, an employee forcefully pushes open the glass door to come out the establishment and yells at us "Keep your kids down we can't hear other orders being taken". The delivery caught us all off guard because the woman yelled at us from the door. We quickly quieted the children and proceeded to wait.

Once it was our turn to order the same woman was on the intercom. As we began to take our order (our children were quiet at this point) she interrupts our ordering to say "Can you keep the kids down I can't hear you" in a smug tone. She was being spiteful, the children weren't even talking when we were ordering for fear they would be yelled at again. We decided to cancel our order and go elsewhere.

It's understandable that children laughter can be disruptive. However, it is not ok to yell at customers nor is it ok to be vindictive because you were frustrated. It's not ok to treat anyone like that let...

In a hurry? On a tight budget? Need easy, free parking? This is the place for you! I stumbled upon it by chance and I was genuinely impressed. As soon as I arrived, I found free parking right by the entrance — a miracle these days! I placed my order and, almost instantly, the food was at my table. Fast like a typical fast food joint, but with way better quality.

The menu is simple but spot on: tasty dishes, decent portions, and super fair prices. The fries were absolutely amazing — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned. The rest of the food was great too, but the fries definitely stole the show.

The service was top-notch: the girl at the counter had a beautiful, warm smile that made the whole experience even better. It wasn’t just about fast food, it felt like a place where you’re actually welcome and comfortable.

At one point I looked around and honestly felt like I was hanging out with my friends in The Hangover — same vibe, same energy, just missing the Chinese guy with the glasses!
