I have worked in the hospitality fiels for 2 decades... with that being said, I am a person who is extremely fair and open minded when it comes to receiving customer service in all aspects. VICTOR G should not be interacting with THE PUBLIC OR PEOPLE AT ALL OR THIS RESTAURANT WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE BUSINESS extremely rude from start to finish. If my girlfriends weren't with me, I would have asked for another waiter, I didn't want to embarrass them. First, he brought my fries that I ordered to go with my meal out as an appetizer for the table which was extremely tacky and strange. I can honestly say I've never had anyone do that ever. And then when I addressed it and told him it was supposed to come with my meal. He told me he was going to put it back on the warmer while my food was being prepared. I said I would like them to be fresh please. And come out the same time as my meal as I ordered it to be a side even though it was separate. He was extremely rude. He kept making smart remarks and literally was challenging anything i said to him!!! Not a gentleman at all!! Let's just say this. It was my very first time here, and it will be my very last. You don't get combative and rude with your customers. If you want them to actually return!!! Read moreThere last week of June 2021. Newest bartender is rude; said has been there a year. I've been going regularly for 19 years and never saw him in past year. He didn't know menu prices or items so jacked up prices. When I pointed out menus on Facebook, he said that was old one and before Covid. He handed me a menu that matched exactly. I showed him the post from the owner and he still argued that it was wrong. That post was dated April 2021. Then claimed the temporary increase in wings affected ALL menu prices...by 25% for all but wings, which went up 100%. Despite signs in bar and on the FB menu and menu he handed me the beer specials, e.g., the Phillies game special (Phillies were on), were no longer available, and the food specials (like the 2-for-1 deals they are noted for) are no longer valid. He then quoted me a per price for wings (at the 100% increase) which I got a dozen of and then he charged me even more than the quote price by another 25%. I asked for manager, Dre, who he earlier said was working the kitchen, but he said he was busy...without checking. I left message for the owner/head manager Lisa Pappou to call or email me, but have not heard back. Hmm, was it Lisa who has always been nice...

I was SOOOOO disappointed 😞 Victor our waiter was so mean and ruined our experience. I felt so uncomfortable with how he spoke to us and my gf especially he literally sat and argued and got aggressive and got snappy with her.... all stemming from something he assumed wrong. He was unable to own it apologize like a real professional and treat the scenario accordingly. Needless to say we will NOT be back.
